Food is fabulous here every time! Lunch Tierra T Mar is amazing and the price of $11 is very reasonable for the amount you get. It comes with 2 tortillas. They also give you tortilla chips, homemade salsa, and their amazingly delicious homemade white sauce. Everything I've tried here is delicious and the food is always plated is very pretty. Only bummer is that they're closed on Sundays. However, I don't blame them. Hands down, the best Mexican food in Clarksville, VA. Even better than any in South Boston, VA. read more

The food was DELICIOUS, fresh, hot and delivered to our table FAST!! My husband and I biked into downtown Clarksville and kept on riding to Los Bandidos for a late lunch. The salsa is fantastic, tasters fresh and has a hint of sweetness. My husband liked it, but prefers a little more gear in his salsa. I chose the Chori Pollo lunch special: marinated, grilled chicken topped with chorizo and cheese dip served with a side of rice and substituted the refried beans for black beans. My husband chose the A.C.C. lunch special: grilled and sliced steak, onions and mushrooms served on a bed of rice blanketed with cheese dip. We both ordered the La Flaquita Margarita. See photo for recipe. Advertised as 24 oz. but this definitely wasn't. We LOVE a good Margarita where you taste ALL the components. But this was TOO heavy on the tequila. It needed more fresh lime juice and ALL of the fresh orange juice that was advertised (we tasted none). $11 Service was friendly and fast; the food was cooked fast and delivered hot off the grill. read more

Eh....food was barely Mexican. Disappointed in the overall food quality. I got Baja shrimp tacos and my friend got a taco salad. Tacos were ok in the sense that food didn't seem fresh and shrimp was heavily over cooked. I also ordered the spicy mango Marg. While it was good. It was ridiculously sweet. Service was slow for only having two other tables in the restaurant. But the atmosphere was nice.. the booths were really comfy and I love the detail on how they were made and I liked the outdoor patio. For a small location and they had an overwhelming amount of options and perhaps this impacts their food quality trying to ensure they have the ingredients to accommodate these items. But the food was my biggest complaint, I probably won't be visiting here again. Bummer read more

Came in town for work, not a lot of places open past 8/9 and not a lot of options but the food and service were great. Quesadilla was awesome and huge! Cute place. I've had some good meals here in the past but this time was different. My son and I stopped in for lunch on a slow Saturday and not only was the service ridiculously slow but when our food finally arrived it was over cooked and lacking flavor. If that had been busy I could've overlooked some of this but as slow as they were, unacceptable. read more

Love Los Bandidos!!! This restaurant is better than many of our Mexican restaurants in Chesterfield, county. The food comes out fast and is always good. They recently added on a patio to increase their seating. Note on Sundays this place is one of the few open for dinner so it's always crowded! Do yourself a favor and enjoy! read more

I enjoyed the adorable atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. The food was wonderful, I got the ACP+shrimp. Best Mexican restaurant ever! We stop in every time we are in Clarksville. The food is top notch! Definitely ask for the house hot sauce and salsa verde! They are so glad to provide the sauces and they are wonderful on scrambled eggs the next day. Gotta try the birria, whether on a quesadilla, tacos or burrito. The chicken pastor is great too! Mama says fajitas!! This place was super busy, so we waited a tad bit longer than usual for our food I'm sure. However, when we got it, it was amazing. The steak and chicken were amazing.. but the shrimp stole the snow. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I skipped the tortillas because I didn't want to add the bread and honestly, I didn't need them. Here's the main take away from last night.... the guacamole! I literally wanted to swim in it. My wife loves "Mexican" food and we have been going to Los Bandidos for years. She wanted a Marguerita last night and away we went. We were both pleasantly surprised with the dishes that we got. We stopped in to Los Bandidos for a late dinner. It was a Thursday night around 8pm and they were slammed. We got seating inside and we spent quite a bit of time exploring their large menu. We made our selections - fish tacos and a combo of beef enchiladas and a beef burrito. The fish taco was very good. The burrito was excellent and the meat inside the enchilada was also excellent. Los Bandidos is an authentic, delicious Mexican restaurant just a bit away from "Downtown" Clarksville. We were passing through and decided to stop. The exterior could use some freshening up, but the interior is well-decorated and all of the employees were very friendly and greeted us instantly. Service was very fast and attentive from our server, and others that I saw. Food was incredible and very flavorful! Prices are fair as well. They have a few vegetarian options which I always appreciate -- I got the Vegetarian #3 which was a cheese quesadilla, bean burrito, and rice. All very good. The other members of my party really enjoyed their meals, which all looked very well prepared. Overall, I really recommend Los Bandidos -- don't judge a book by its cover! read more
