She claims she mentioned to my daughter that the bottom could not be returned. Neither of us heard this. She only mentioned this to my daughter who has auditory disabilities?? So upsetting. First she said the bottom can't be returned, and then the whole suit can't be returned?? She just kept changing her story. She lied just to get a sale?? Talking advantage of a person with disabilities?? She wasn't even willing to have a discussion about it. I ended up returning all my items. I was really upset because I liked the clothes but disappointed in the way we were treated :((

It was nice to just be able to throw the rejects in a bucket in the changeroom, rather than try to figure out how they went back on their hangers. I did eventually narrow the field down to two, but thought it was strange that when I went to pay for the chosen suit, the clerk looked at me and asked, "You know this is the more expensive one? Did you look at the price tag?" Ummm, yes - and I'm taking it, right? Kind of an odd question. Although I'm impressed that she knew the prices on her stock that well. Kind of makes me want to go back and see what other swimwear knowledge is stored up in there.
