There are a lot of clothing options. Indoor, outdoor, active wear, etc. I am already very impressed with the quality of their t-shirts and shorts. They offer a warranty on a lot of their items which to me seems rare in the clothing business. Their prices are good and from shopping there twice already, seems like they often have sales on some of their items. Now my wife really wants to shop there too. Upon arrival, they let us know that to process our gift cards and purchase, they would have to call the Mall of America Pandora store. The sales lady tried the store once, and then when they didn't pick up, she let us know that there was nothing she could do and that we would have to walk away without the earrings we had driven 40 minutes for. throughout the entire experience she was very rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience, we had to ask her nicely to try the store a few more times before she was able to get through and get the purchase done. We walked away not only with our earrings but with a bad impression of the store. We will not be shopping here again.

There are 3 parts to this store and you owe it to yourself to experience them all! I started in the style area, which is the clothing part of the store. This is an upscale women's apparel store, with habitat, Liverpool, Johnny Was, and many other upscale brands. All of it is beautifully curated and displayed. You will have fun browsing the racks. The sales associates were super helpful and knew exactly how to interact with people--making customers feel welcome, but not pressured to buy. Downstairs, there is an amazing sales area. Don't miss this gem! Bargains galore and beautiful things! I'm sure it changes regularly. Then stop at the cafe and have a coffee, pastry, or freshly baked cookie. All the treats look and smell delicious. The staff was very sweet and service was prompt. After that, continue shopping at the Good Things gift shop. We ordered a pole and flag set that was advertised as heavy duty. The pole bent in a matter of days…read moreand it was after a hurricane, not during so the winds were light. I called the company and received a return call from Matt right away which was impressive. He asked for photos which I sent. Then I waited... emailed him twice more without response and finally called again. He said their people had reviewed the photos and determined that the damage was due to extensive winds which we didn't have. The plastic bracket also broke and he said since there are two failures it had to be too much wind and isn't covered under their warranty. This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered in years, and the product is terrible. We spent about $100 on the pole and flag only to have it fail within days. To top it off, Matt tried to sell me a hurricane-proof in ground pole. Matt's attitude during our last conversation was argumentative and condescending. He didn't even care about my promise of a scathing review. Don't spend a penny with this company. It was a completely disappointing experience and a waste of $100. I wish I could rate 0 stars.
