I came to this shopping center while exploring Mexicali with the girlfriend. This mall is…read moredefinitely big, has a ton of variety, and is no where near extinction that malls in the US are going through.
First off, what this mall is not... it is not Plaza Peninsula (TJ), Antara (Cdmx), nor Andares (Gdl). However, it is a place where you can shop for everyday items at stores such as Sears.
There is quite a variety of food options, of which we decided on Subway. I know, not very adventurous of us as far as food for this mall, but most of the other options didn't really interest us.
The service at most stores is pretty decent, especially in the bigger chain stores. But decent service can also be found in the mom and pops type of places (my girlfriend went to a hair salon here, and they were nice people).
If you're looking for value, this may be a good place to go. Save for the parking, you have to pay for it. But the fare is not high at all.
This is a decent mall, busy when we came here, and staffed by friendly people.
