First off, what this mall is not... it is not Plaza Peninsula (TJ), Antara (Cdmx), nor Andares (Gdl). However, it is a place where you can shop for everyday items at stores such as Sears. There is quite a variety of food options, of which we decided on Subway. I know, not very adventurous of us as far as food for this mall, but most of the other options didn't really interest us. The service at most stores is pretty decent, especially in the bigger chain stores. But decent service can also be found in the mom and pops type of places (my girlfriend went to a hair salon here, and they were nice people). If you're looking for value, this may be a good place to go. Save for the parking, you have to pay for it. But the fare is not high at all. This is a decent mall, busy when we came here, and staffed by friendly people.

So what am I to do to save the day? Get her a new phone, of course. A quick google search led us to the Mac Store. Not the make-up brand, but the store selling Apple products. This store is located in a large shopping plaza, although the plaza was eerily quiet that day. Parking was no problem at all, and there is parking fare to pay depending on how long you're here. Once inside, we were immediately helped by one of the customer service reps. He was very nice, knew his stuff, as able to get us squared away in a short amount of time. My girlfriend found the phone and the accessories that she was looking for, and the rep even helped her transfer all her contacts and data to her new phone. A good look around showed me that the area is a decent place. The other patrons were nice people, and the shopping center overall is kept clean and orderly. We had an outstanding experience here. Replacing her phone was no problem, and the resolution was a lot quicker than I expected. Five stars.
