I had to get some routine bloodwork done, and I looked up places with good reviews around my house, I am so glad I went with Lab Doctor because it was a great experience. Check in was easy and friendly, I love that they are paperless, you scan a barcode for the paperwork and can easily complete it on your phone, I couldn't believe how easy they made it. The wait was short and everyone was very professional. I am petrified of needles, however the phlebotomist was amazing, she was very sweet, extremely gentle and very patient with my nerves. You can tell they all work together which also adds to the nice enviroment where everyone is pleasant and make you feel like they genuinely care about their patients. This is my favorite lab clinic. Very professional staff. The doctor is awesome. The techs were very gentle and kind. I always feel very welcome when I go there to do my lab work. The office is clean and has comfortable chairs. I first time I went was during Covid to get a test so I could travel. I first tried down the street at Quest and that place was packed and staff there were rude and not very welcoming. I got tired of waiting and standing outside, so I just left and walked down the strip mall and found Lab Doctor. They had chairs lined up outside along the wall distanced from each other. The wait was not too long. Lab Doctor does not take insurance but do accept FSA payments. It is worth spending a little money for my lab work. read more

These people are a life savor! I am going to the Bahamas tomorrow, and the PCR test I took before I left my home state still hadn't come in. Let's say my anxiety was through the roof on this one. My friend found this place and said I should go and get my test redone since you get your results back within an hour. Y'all! Not even 30min later after my test, I got the results back! Epic place for Travel Requirements for Covid. This place is Lightning fast with PCR results within an hour. Get there early to avoid a line. Easy, reliable and professional. There was a line of about 20 people, but we filled out the paperwork online 24 hours before coming in and once we arrived we were in the lab with the nurses in 5 minutes. It pays to follow their directions. The test was $99.00 so if you're up for the cost you DO get what you pay for here. Great place. Strongly recommend. read more

With travel comes COVID testing, and with the window to test and enter The Bahamas, us Bahamians are constantly looking for faster and faster labs, with good prices. I had heard of Lab Doctor from many friends and had kept the name in the back of my head for when the time was needed. Unfortunately my flight arrived on a Saturday after they close at 2pm, which wasn't a huge issue for me, but of course getting results as early as possible is great for keeping anxiety low lol. I was a little shocked when I arrived at 7:45am on Monday (they open at 8am) to find a long line to test. No major worries though, paperwork was filled out while waiting in the line, and the staff was great at explaining how to get emailed results etc. I was about 20-30 people away from the door when they opened and it took me about 1 hour to get in the door. Overall though, no complaints on the wait time, they seemed to move very quickly. $179 for PCR test and I got my results in 10 hours..... and I have friends who have gotten them in 7 hours! I went to Lab Doctor to get a PCR test for travel. I arrived just past mid-day on a Thursday. There was no wait. I was greeted by two pleasant women and escorted to a room where I completed some brief paperwork and was given the PCR test (a nasal swab) by a pleasant nurse. The swab was painless. The next morning at 6:25am I received a text saying my results were in my email. This office is very clean and tidy. Covid-19 distancing measures are in place. I had to do a last minute COVID PCR test for travel and Lab Doctor was the only place that could take me as a walk-in. I arrived at ~4:45pm and there was maybe a 2-5 minute wait which gave me the exact amount of time needed to fill out the paper work so it was perfect. The nurses were very nice and were great at giving the nasal swab PCR test, it was the least painful one I've ever had done! I got the results in less than 24 hours via email. Quick, easy, reliable. They open at 10 am on sunday for covid testing, got there at 10 and there was already a line outside. You fill out paperwork on a clipboard and take a chair in a line outside the building. Waited maybe 15 min, they move quick. Did the "same day/next morning PCR" however if testing on a sunday, the actual lab where results are processed is closed on sunday so you won't get your results until Mon 8pm. I liked how they sent a text saying your results are in your email inbox. Will use again and would recommend. read more

Fast, efficient and polite! Went yesterday at around 11am or so, and had my results back early this morning. Entire process was fairly seamless. Waiting was outside (safe feeling), and my wait was under an hour. I would recommend they do a better job keeping the line organized. I didn't have any issues and everyone was very polite. But I can see how people can easily cut the line, as that area needs better organization. Maybe just giving people numbers would solve that issue for sure. read more

Lab Doctor was fantastic. I was in Fort Lauderdale needing a PCR/Nasal test for travel the next day, when a test I had taken previously did not have results ready yet. We arrived at Lab Doctor and were greeted by a friendly nurse who told us what to do. We waited in line for maybe 8-10 minutes. Then we were brought inside and two nurses adminstered the tests, gave us explicit instructions on what to expect, gave us advice on how to quickly get the results, and rang us up for the service. 12/20 -Been there twice for a covid test - first time was In august for a work mandated test for what turned out to be strep. After going to another place that wouldn't see me in person because of my symptoms they actually took me there and diagnosed my strep, gave me the covid test and the antibody test. They were fast, efficient and helpful. Just went back today for another covid test for travel and received my results again within 12 hours. Will definitely use LabDoctor again for any ailments that arise because of their quick response and quality care. Staff is great! Update: 8/21 been back to lab doctor many times since this last review for work related and other covid exposure tests. They have improved on testing time (15 minutes) and their prices. Staff is still as friendly and helpful as previous visits, wait is reasonable for certain. Definitely recommend them to everyone! read more

I used them for a re-entry PCR test to the Bahamas. Really efficient and very friendly. I have a friend who have used other quick turnaround services to their dismay. Results were back in about 12 hours. Which is in keeping with what they stated. They were busy. You sit outside (in the shade) and fill out a form and then send an email on your phone to establish connection. They then send the results back to your email when ready. Simple! read more
