Everyone wants the doctor to be present and take their time when it comes to their personal medical attention, yet complain about waiting. With that being said here are some pros hence my 3 stars: 1. Sharon Sabitute. She is a nurse practitioner not a doctor is she hands down doing an amazing job for this practice and has been for years. I will see no one else but her. She is thorough, doesn't give an excuse for my symptoms and genuinely remembers years and years of medical history for all her patients that wouldn't otherwise be found in the notes. I believe patients want to "see a doctor" when in reality, these nurse practitioners are far better. 2. Appointments! This network of doctors have so many locations that you can get an appointment sometime for the same day. No need to wait weeks to be seen. You may have to sacrifice your preferred location, but to see the doctor you want, there is a good chance coming here. 3. They have a dentist, pharmacy, and optometrist right here in the same office. This is beneficial for the elderly that generally have a hard time getting around. 4. Turnaround time. A referral only takes 3-5 days!!! Holy moly. 5. Experience. My experience has always been positive. They accept essentially all insurances and support the well being of their patients. Just found out they joined the Cano Health Group. Doesn't make a difference. They have been doing a great job since day one.

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. Everything was fine at first--the guy on the phone was super eager to help. But then I gave him my fiancé's name, which is very Jewish. Right after that, he asked, "Are you from Israel?" I said yes, and then without missing a beat, he just said "Have a good day" and hung up on me. No appointment, nothing. It's honestly so sad that this kind of thing is still happening, especially when you're just trying to get medical care. Some of them didn't even know how to work the computer program prior to my visits. When you need consent care from 1 provider, they change again! And when I spoke to the director to discuss my issues, her advice was, and I quoted her, "Well, maybe this clinic is not for you. " I totally agree with her ! So, if you're bilingual, and speak mostly English, and want your medical information, and your records, and the people that you speak to, especially medical doctors, to give you the information in English, so that you can understand it better. This is not the clinic for you. Not the Tamarac clinic anyway! Also, the specialist they send you only goes to some of the other clinics once a month, so if you have a chronic condition and need to be taken care of immediately. You have to wait or go to the ER and even go without the medication you need. They cover up their lack of medical care with sweet treats, parties, lunch, and bingo. This Medical place offers free breakfast and lunch while supplies last. They also offer hair cuts, massages and to get your nails painted, these service are not everyday or all of the time, you will have to ask for it. I went in today to ask about my mothers mammogram result and the Ely the associate there booked an appt for my mom to come in next week to speak her doctor about the results. She was very sweet and attentive to her. Every month they give each patient $100 gift card that they must pick up and a preloaded card of $275 to go grocery shopping. The card for food is not accepted in every grocery stores. So far my mom has been having a good experience here hut she would like for them to give her more appts regarding other concerns she has. This location has little activities as well and when it is your birthday they cut a cake at the end of the month. kitty is the one in charge of the events and she is very sweet and makes sure everyone feels included .
