Techs did a good job but within a couple minutes of walking out the door it was locked and they could see me outside trying to tell the very same techs that they needed the doctors order to know what to do with the blood. They made gesture after gesture and basically told me to get lost. All they had to do was come to the door and take the doctors order from me! Lazy, rude knucklheads. Tried calling. That's a joke. They run this business as lean as possible and you're a number. I'll go back in the morning hand them the paper and never go back. Thanks Alexandro and knucklehead #2. I don't understand why we should be forced to wait two hours when we have an appointment. That was my husband's recent experience. The previous week I needed lab work but arrived with no appointment. I registered, scanned my insurance card and ID, and Sat down fully expecting to have to wait (after all I had no appointment). Although my name appeared on the board for an hour it then promptly dropped off the board. When I asked the clueless lady at the door, she assured me they were just getting ready to call me. After 10 minutes watching others who were after me get called, I pressed again and was again fluffed off and told I would be called soon. At that point another lady said her name had also dropped off. So...I was forced to be a pain (you asked for it!) and insisted I be seen. When they called me to the back, all the info I had input when I registered (90 minutes ago) had magically vanished. Once again, I had to provide my ID and insurance card. They had no idea why my info had disappeared. Everyone here is clueless (or doesn't give a damn). The only way to get Quest to fix this mess is to NOT support them! I used Milton Street when I lived in the South Cape and had no issues there. Avoid Del Prado or find another lab!!! There are other options!

I had a 7:30 AM appointment and literally was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They have even streamlined the check in process and since I had an appointment all I needed for check in was to scan my drivers license! Amazing! Most of the results are in already, early this morning. I hate to look at them but can't resist lol! The employees are very efficient and the whole process is very quick. So if you have to do it. Claudia is the best blood drawer at this Quest on Thursday. She is very good and gets everything done quickly and right. I understand that some people do wait. so, if you have the Quest app use it or wait up to you.

She didn't tell me that at any time dropping off the specimen means to start all over again to wait for hours like anybody else. No one told me anything just wait and wait I had to figure out asking the workers few times what means to drop of specimen. At least if I knew I had to choose to make another appointment so I don't have to wait. I don't mind rules but be explicit not to waste my time. Corporate explain the rules in detail to us like animals. Get punished with appointment for what? It doesn't make sense.

In my experience, using the Lee physicians group "My Chart" (an App), completed, printable lab results are on my computer in 6 hours same day. Not sure if they take payment other than your insurance. Care Quality: Almost no one is fond of having blood drawn. So much depends on the experience of the phlebotomist. We have found that one in particular (Tammy) is exceptionally skilled and very pleasant. This makes the process so much less stressful for patients who happen to be needle-phobic, although the process takes only seconds once the required data is entered into the workstation PC. Tammy is great at this. Office Experience: Can be a bit crowded but with two techs working today the time in the reception room was brief. They are very organized, and this location is more speedy than any others I've experienced (such as the location on Colonial at The Sanctuary). Overall: Highly recommended location. You can choose lots of places for this service, but this one offers the best use of your time.
