If you won't let me first tell you about the inspector in both cases, Ernesto Lopez. To the point he is just simply a nice guy, fair, honest, reliable, and did a complete inspection explaining every aspect of what was needed. As for the 1st inspection of a house I had just purchased Orkin, based on his review saved me around $1500. (the sellers had their own inspection) Baecause of that I asked him to inspect a house i was selling whereby a different company estimated a cost of $26000. Orkins cost was around $11000. , $3500 of which was woodwork. Here's the thing, Ernesto said if we did the work he would come back and inspect it and if completed to his satisfaction would submit a clearance to show the work had been done. And that's exactly what he did. That house is now under contract. I know people have different experiences and knowing you have to pay to kill the little critters infecting you home is not the most pleasant thing to do ,but if you have to, it at least takes a little bit of the sting out when you can rely on the honest and fair services and their employees, especially if you have one like Ernesto.

I had…read moresuch a great experience with the company and technician I wanted to write a review asap (will update to review long-term effectiveness after all these lil' monsters go bye-bye) We used Central Coast Termite for a flea problem that seemed to blow up overnight (last night, to be exact) and was noticed only when our indoor kitties went from normal behavior to extreme discomfort/itching over the course of a couple days. I researched suggestions for flea treatment/cleaning and realized this wasn't an easy job or anything we had time or patience to take on. I submitted a quote around 10am this morning and Central Coast Termite gave me a call immediately. Greg patiently walked me through the details of the service and quote details. Pricing was better than others I'd spoken to, AND he made it out to our house within 3 hours. I couldn't have been more relieved and we are able to re-enter our house in time for dinner tonight. I cannot thank Greg and Central Coast Termite for being so helpful during this stressful event.

Instead, they wanted to charge us $75 to spray--even after just completing the fumigation. Brandi mentioned she would check with the owner about waiving the fee, but we NEVER received a call back. My husband could easily spray for ants himself, but it's about the principle. After spending that much money, we expected better follow-through and basic customer service.

I have a two story home and Noe didn't hesitate to get the birds nests down and sanitize the area. He let me know what else he could do to help which includes putting up wired cage material to block off the eave openings. My neighbors have really tacky streamers so I was concerned about the appearance. Noe understood and was easy to work with. He took the time to find my same paint color and you honestly can't even see it he did a great job! A few places offered service but Noe was the best price and very easy to work with. We had a bat visit us a few nights in a row (there was an opened window the first night) ..after…read moreclosing the window, the bat made a re-appearance the next night out of nowhere...we thought maybe there was another place they were getting in. Woods came out and inspected around for possible entry points and didn't find any obvious signs of infestation. They suggested the bat had flown into the room and roosted somewhere inside the house (!) during the day. So that night we left our bedroom windows opened, door closed and slept in another br. Sure enough, no more bat since then. It must've found its way out. Although they didn't actually remove a bat, they made the effort to come out and investigate. Much appreciated! (keeping un-screened windows closed overnight from now on!)
