The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.

Even when met by my positive responses, she remained mean and mad. However, my experience at the center on the day of my procedure was remarkable. Cathy got me all settled and was very patient when I explained my traumatic history with and aversion to needles/IVs. She was very gentle and sweet while inserting the IV line. Success! Carlin was the anesthesiologist. She came by and explained everything then met me back in the procedure room, all the while putting me at ease. Erin was my discharge nurse, and she was just as friendly as the others. Dr. Joshua Forman always brings his A game. He met me before the colonoscopy and again afterwards - explaining what he found and giving me instructions and advice. **Be sure to follow the instructions sent to you via email regarding your prep and do not follow what the box says. Very different instructions.

I called the office at 8:14 a.m. Receptionist said no medical personnel was available but I should drink the other portion. I called again at 9:09 a.m. and again, same receptionist told me no medical personnel available. Doctor called me back at 9:24 a.m. and told me I should reschedule. I could not stop the diarrhea until that night at 11:00 p.m., so 14 more hours of "emptying." The following day I felt like I had been through a major flu event; weak, slightly dizzy, brain fogged. By that afternoon, no one ever called to see if I was okay.

I have been seeing doctor Silverstein for over ten years, my father has been seeing him over 25…read moreyears. When I walked in for my first appointment I was young, and was suffering from many different medical problems and was seeing many different specialists. I walked in and handed him a paper with all of my medical issues and what bothers me, when I was diagnosed, by who, and who I had been seeing. He looked at that paper for about five minutes then looked up at me with shining eyes and said "your a challenge. And I love a good challenge. I would be honored to be your doctor and help you through all of this if you let me." I now only see one of my specialists and he is able to take care of the rest. He was there for me when my mom died and made sure I knew if I needed anything at all, even just to talk, that he was there. Granted he is no spring chicken anymore and is getting up in years, but he is still the best doctor.
