He is the only Doctor in the office, the others are Nurse Practictioners; it takes weeks to get an appointment with the actual doctor. The waiting room was an uncomfortable environment, as there were assistants behind the counter talking poorly of other patients (loudly enough that the entire waiting room could hear). We have gone to bayside for years, however with this current turnover in staff it is safe to say we will never return. Definitely would not recommend this office any longer.

The practice charges a copay for bloodwork which is required every six months. A few times emails were unanswered and I ended up calling the office to get an answer. I'm not saying it's the worst but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars.

He will run further tests until he can figure out what is wrong. He is very good about fitting people into his schedule whenever he can, even if that means working through lunch or late. The nurses are all very kind and if you call, he will always get back to you either by lunch time or at the end of the day. Sometimes the wait is long but that is usually because he has probably squeezed someone in who was sick, so I don't mind as I've been in the same position. When I walked in for my first appointment I was young, and was suffering from many different medical problems and was seeing many different specialists. I walked in and handed him a paper with all of my medical issues and what bothers me, when I was diagnosed, by who, and who I had been seeing. He looked at that paper for about five minutes then looked up at me with shining eyes and said "your a challenge. And I love a good challenge. I would be honored to be your doctor and help you through all of this if you let me." I now only see one of my specialists and he is able to take care of the rest. He was there for me when my mom died and made sure I knew if I needed anything at all, even just to talk, that he was there. Granted he is no spring chicken anymore and is getting up in years, but he is still the best doctor.
