On 6/27/2025 per the website for this specific location on Lone Tree in Antioch, it says "walk-ins are welcome". I arrived about 9:15am. I have two doctors' Rx for lab work. There was no one in the waiting room, and as I walked in, someone was coming out of a patient's room and left. When the tech came out, I told her I had two orders for blood tests. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. She then told me that they see patients only by appointment. She told me to go to Brentwood if I wanted to be seen today. Again...no one waiting in the waiting room. Patient just left, so there is an open room. And a tech with nothing to do right then. Since taking a blood draw normally takes about 10 to 15 minutes total, I was perplexed. I mentioned that the website for their branch in Antioch clearly states that you do not need an appointment. She just shrugged. So I had to drive home and find a date where there were open appointments times. read more

I made an appointment with Labcorp for a bloodwork from Stanford. Upon arrival, the procedure was pretty simple. On your phone, you can check in on the machine inside the office or inside your car similar to curbside. The staff were really nice and my bloodwork results were ready the next day. read more

I had to leave a sample for my doctor to check out! All I had to do was drop off the sample I didn't need to see anyone I just needed to drop off the sample. That's exactly what I told the front desk nurse and she said take a seat which I didn't mind seen they were busy. But I slowly stated to see everyone before me and after me have been seen and had left already! Like what? Now I'm confused and pissed because I literally need to drop off a sample. I went up to the front desk there a different lady and I told her my frustration and she looked up my name and I wasn't on the list.... She apologized for her coworker laziness and she seemed upset too because that was not right for me to wait that long. She helped able to me and told me she would be able to take the sample from me. I could see her frustration on her face. I am usually pleased on how fast they are when it comes to taking blood just this time they are wrong for this. read more

My dad got an appointment at 830am and he was seen at 9:15am. The stuff is nice but the place is too small for some many people that are trying to get lab work. There were like 20 people waiting to be seen. I wish they can have more stuff and be quick. read more

waited out front till 7:12 am should open at 7 worker shows up with a negative attitude tells us this location is not open has no workers must go to another location. next time put a sign on the door so we don't waste our time standing out front without having coffee or breakfast! read more

I used to hate needing to get my blood drawn because Quest (just a few doors down) takes FOREVER, even with an appointment. So when I saw that LabCorp was near, I decided to check them out. The ladies that work here are awesome! They are quick, friendly, and courteous. I have been here several times over the past year and a half and have never had to wait very long for my tests ... I am in and out. I also love that in each of the blood draw rooms, they have a photo board with the technician's name and family photos (of their babies or furbabies). Just makes it a little more personal. PS, make sure to bring your lab slip, photo ID, and insurance card. They must have all these things in order to assist you. read more

I gave a rating of 5 because of the staff in the Antioch office. I used to get my results back the next day whenever I have lab work done. I had lab work done on Monday morning and I still don't see any results. I emailed them about this and the response was my labs were taking longer to process because I had orders from 2 different doctors that were combined together. They combined them together so that they would not have to do separate draws. One doctor only wanted my PSA tested, and the same test was included on the order by a different doctor. I am not understanding why that would make the results take any longer. read more

I have been going here for years. The staff is amazing and always lets me know what they are doing, before they do it (because I hate needles) This is the only place I I take my kids to get their blood drawn. I always request Rayne (I think that's her name) I have a son with special needs and another son who is having some medical problems and shes alway so kind to them and is understanding. The first time we went there my son was freaking out and she just had a smile on her face and did her job and calmed him down. I will not go anywhere else. This location of Lab-Corp is outstanding, went today to draw blood requested by my doctor, i didn't have appointment it was walk in. When i got there it was my first time, location and building is really nice and clean, when i walked in there was about 10 people sitting on the chairs, i signed my name and after few minutes they called me in to get my paper work. I though that i might be waiting for long time, but actually it was only for 20 minutes, truly amazing people work there super officiant they know their work, everything runs very smoothly. I forgot the name of the lady that drew my blood, shes truly great she does her job so well, very friendly very professional. All i can say i will always go back to this place, they know their stuff. Plus is very close to my house, even the lady at the check in, she's very polite and friendly, take time to explain things to you, it makes you really welcomed there. Lobby is very very nice and clean, chairs are very comfortable, very nicely done. Very clean very professional in everything they do in this location. My previous Lab-Corp was in Alameda and is totally opposite, you always wait long time and people who work there never even greet you nicely. Plus that place in Alameda is so dirty and old. Last week I had to bring my daughter in for her first blood draw and I was so happy with the phlebotomist because she took her time to make it less scary for my daughter. I went into the Lab Corp office today. It was a ghost town which I at first thought was a good thing. The staff Rayne (who I later identified by a picture on the wall) pointed and said use the kiosk to check in, I did. She took my forms and I sat for about 15-20 mins. There was no one else in the building. After about 15-20 minutes. Rayne yells from another room "go into room 1 i'll be in shortly". She entered the room never spoke, never stating her name etc.. Her first words were "which arm you prefer"? We have dialog about what works for me yet she stuck me where she wanted. I asked "do you see the vein or feel it. Rayne states "you cant see through this" making reference to my sun kissed skin. After failing at her stick 2 times this chick takes her gloves off and tells me I can wait for her co-worker. I told her never mind I will walk over to Quest. When I entered Quest the entire waiting room was full. I suppose they all knew that Lab Corp Antioch is a horrible place with rude staff. read more
