I was greeted right away by a genuinely happy staff member who kindly directed me where to sign in. It immediately set a positive tone. Within just a few minutes, I was called up and welcomed by Amie, who was incredibly warm and professional. She apologized for the wait, which honestly didn't even feel like a wait at all. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Not long after, I was brought back by Taliyah--and I have to say, the positivity continued. She was fantastic. Professional, personable, and respectful, she took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. During the scan, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which makes all the difference in a medical setting. What impressed me most was the overall environment. Every single staff member I encountered seemed genuinely happy and worked together seamlessly as a team. Even with a full waiting room, everything flowed smoothly, communication was clear, and the energy felt healthy and supportive. I arrived and was prepped and walked into the room and it was not an Open MRI. Even to examine the hip they put the entire body in the tube within inches of the the tube. I would not call myself claustrophobic, but this type of MRI causes that feeling for me. They suggested getting a new RX for an MRI while sedated. I don't like the extra risk for sedation when there are actual Open MRI systems nearby.

One of the front desk workers (a male whose name I'm not sure of) called me on the way to one of my appointments and told me I owed Charter about $800 more than what I had already paid as a copay, which I paid the previous day, January 30th. I wouldn't be able to get my procedure done without paying. I'm aware of my insurance coverage and told him that I thought this was incorrect. He began to talk over me. I needed the MRI done, so I paid the money when I arrived and asked for an itemized receipt. He told me he couldn't give me one and that everything would show up on my patient portal. It did not. When I followed up with my insurance company, they shared that Charter Radiology incorrectly billed them for my MRI services and did not provide information on how much the actual services were on the claim. I knew I overpaid Charter Radiology and contacted them to resolve the issue. They resubmitted my claim and still held over $800 of my money. KJ in the billing department was really helpful in moving this issue forward but this morning I saw that the pending transaction from Charter Radiology to my credit card was cancelled on their end and they still owe me $821.81. I tried to be patient and resolve this issue privately, but customers need to know that this company is dishonest, has a staff member who bills incorrectly at the Columbia location, promises a refund and then rescinds it. This issue has been ongoing from January 31st. It is now March 20th. When will my $821.81 be returned to me?

After driving an hour to get there around 9 am, I was told that a machine was down and it was going to be a longer wait than anticipated. Tiffany was so professional and kind, giving me updates on the time, and I was able to sit outside in the courtyard while waiting. I was very appreciative of her kindness, especially as I was so worried about the tests I was to undergo. Thank you Tiffany!

I wasn't sure it would work but I figured it was worth a try, and I'm so glad I did. And it's covered by my insurance! I am able to get in quickly for appointments and felt very safe with air cleaning / covid safety protocols still in place - he actually already had an exceptional setup due to working with cancer patients and others who can't afford to catch even minor illnesses. The office is convenient, right outside old Ellicott City, with easy parking, and the office is just him, so you get professional, personal service unlike at high-volume places where you sometimes feel like you're just a number. He always took lots of time to listen and ask questions so that he could tailor his work to my specific state at the moment. I frequently felt the calming, grounding, or energizing effects of his work immediately. Although external looks weren't my primary concern, I was frequently amazed, when I happened to catch a glance of myself in the mirror, by how radiant and colorful my face appeared after an acupuncture session--it seemed that inner health was shining outward, too. I feel that Eric's acupuncture greatly helped to support my health and energy while I was working very hard toward some ambitious career goals. Because I was able to successfully achieve those goals, I'm no longer in the area. After moving away, I discovered that not all acupuncturists are created equal: in my new, cosmopolitan city, I'm still trying to find an acupuncturist who's as good as Eric.

Only 4 chairs in the waiting area and not much for entertainment other than a few pamphlets. We arrived and had to park in the pay garage: first 15 min free. After checking in a little early we waited for our 2:30 appointment. The doctor was running behind. So we ending up waiting more than 30 min to be seen. Not too bad but when you have to pay for parking every minute counts. The receptionist was nice and did offer us some refreshments. I declined but my father took them up on the offer and got a ginger ale soda. One we saw the doctor the experience was good. He was through and explained all of the option my father had concerning his recommended procedure from his primary doctor. Other than the extended wait time it was a pleasant experience. We will have to return for the procedure and we are confident we picked the right place. They did validate my parking, so there was no charge. I had forgotten my ticket and left it in the car but the receptionist was so nice that I didn't have to come back. I just called the office and read her off my ticket number and she was able to validate it over the phone. Grade a service.

From the receptionist, to the valet parking attendant, to the Staff - everyone is kind and welcoming. The person I am supporting here told me that the nurses and radiology technicians are all very kind and helpful. The waiting area is bright and comfortable, and actually has a machine that produces decent coffee. I don't valet park, and there's a garage one block away that is very convenient and the Center validates, so it is free. I don't wish the need for this type of facility on anyone, but if you do need it, it is a comfortable and positive place to go through a difficult and necessary situation.

This office was easy to find, behind another building off Little Patuxent in Columbia MD. There was parking right out front. I arrived a little early, (Jun 2026), hoping to get to another appointment immediately afterwards, and they were able to accommodate me. The staff was professional.
