The reviews almost made me not come to this location...but then I saw all of the labcorps have bad reviews on Yelp. I went anyway because this location was the only one who had appointments the next day. I'm glad I did! My experience was nothing like the reviews on here. I had an 11:30 appointment but got there early. When I checked in, the system told me an earlier appointment was available. I took it and got called back to get blood work done within 2 mins! Maybe I was just lucky or maybe having the appointment helped. Lydia did my bloodwork. She was awesome. She was very nice and made me feel welcomed/at ease. I've had bad experience with people taking my blood and not really knowing what they were doing. Lydia knew what she was doing. Thank you Lydia! I overheard one of her colleagues taking someone's blood. The colleague was also very nice. If I had her name, I would have mentioned her here as well. My only complaint about this location is parking. The free shoppers parking lot in the back was full, but it seems like I'd be able to find street parking if I had to come back. read more

I was turned away twice for a simple urine test that takes all of five minutes. The first time, I arrived at 1:50 PM. Despite the location being open until 2:30 PM, I was told they only perform urine testing until 1:30 PM--something only mentioned on a poster inside, not on the website. There was just one other person in the waiting room, and considering the test requires me to sign a form and pee in a cup, this seemed absolutely ridiculous. Fine. I come back the following week at 8:30 AM, only to be told they don't start urine testing until 11:00 AM. What kind of walk-in facility only offers certain tests at super-specific times? Meanwhile, at the other Clifton location, the staff was much more helpful. Even though they officially started testing at 10:00 AM, they said, "If we have time, we can fit you in early." That's the kind of customer service this place is sorely lacking. No one here offered a solution. I work a 9-to-5 corporate job, so it's extremely difficult to leave work in the middle of the day just to deal with this kind of nonsense. Completely unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, this business would absolutely deserve it. read more

worst facility I have been to. Everyone speaks broken English and nothing is on time. Over 45 minutes of waiting and I had an appointment. Not to mention. she put the needle in 3 times before she realized it might be best to try the other arm. Never again! read more

Lazy workers, there's 12 people waiting for bloodwork and my appointment is of course late. God forbid a patient comes in late though.. They take their time and giggle at the front desk with terrible attitude to us. I'm sure they take anyone off indeed here. 0 stars is a more accurate rating but it's not possible. You know when an office is busy and when they're taking their sweet time because they're paid hourly and don't care for others time. I recommend not going here even if you need to go to Montclair or something. These people are awful. read more

I.C.Q. Search and Recovery is on YELP. WCCL/PathologyInc. owned by Laboratory Corporation of America failed to submit insurance claim w/in year of service. Collections contacted me 3 yrs after sevice. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery refused to speak w/ med. insurance. The letter addressed a charge for services in 2015 for the amount of $$$$. I found the bill I received. I had called the billing department with my medical insurance information in 2015 which PathologyInc/WCCL already had since they had submitted claims for other services in 2015. I never received another bill. after I called PathologhyInc/WCCL According to my then insurance, a claim was not submitted for the date in question. My insurance informed me if PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit within a year, they will not pay. My insurance requested that PathologyInc/WCCL resubmit with proof of timely filing; or have the PathologyInc/WCCL call my insurance. I called the collection agency I.C.Q., they refused to relay the information to PathologyInc/WCCL since the claim was not submitted within a year of service. I.C.Q. requested I submit the claim or pay the bill since it was my fault PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit the claim. I informed them I called PathologyInc/WCCL billing with my insurance information on date in 2015. I wrote the date and what information I gave them. I failed to write down the name of the operator. The I.C.Q. (Amber) said that I could be making up the information - without the name they cannot look at their 2015 logs to verify. Amber stated she will give me an extension of 60 days so GEHA could process the claim I SUBMIT. I did not bother to ask them to call GEHA at this point. The I.C.Q. (Amber) stated PathologyInc/WCCL sent 3 statements in all within 4 weeks of the service; the last one being my final notice which was received 25 days after service. I only received the last one and called the billing department with insurance info. Since I did not hear from them, I thought they were paid. My insurance was upset at how PathologyInc/WCCL and I.C.Q. are handling this issue. So I have and am filing complaints against Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. with the Better Business Bureau. bbb.org/consumer-complai... I am also filing with the Office of the Attorney General - fill out the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Corporation Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. oag.ca.gov/sites/all/fil... Finally, I am also submitting the Los Angeles County DA's Office Bureau of Fraud and Corruption Prosecutions Consumer Protection Division Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. da.co.la.ca.us/sites/def... I know there are several other consumers out there that are being scammed by these shysters. PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS USING ONE IF NOT ALL THESE LINKS!
