I agree with another review that the communication between departments and the billing can be areas of headache. But the latter seems to be an issue in many Healthcare facilities. It would be great if doctors consistently looked at each patient as an individual vs relying on broad generalizations. But again, it's a systemic issue. Located across from the renovated Valley Hospital, luckow is much easier for parking and navigation purposes.

When I arrived, I was told I needed to sign up for a membership just to get the vaccine. This felt misleading and completely unnecessary. Instead of giving me a clear answer, she tried to take me to a back office, which felt like an attempt to pressure me into signing up for a membership I did not want or need. I made it clear I was only there for the vaccine and asked if I could receive it without signing up. Rather than answering directly, I was met with more pushback. At that point, I asked them to cancel my appointment and left. Overall, this was a waste of time due to poor communication and lack of transparency. If a membership is required for basic services like vaccines, that should be clearly stated upfront--especially on booking platforms like Zocdoc. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
