Easiest entrance is through the medical office building attached to the hospital. Suite is located directly behind the receptionist desk in the medical office building on the first floor. I have an OhioHealth MyChart account, since my doctors are through OhioHealth. I didn't have any paperwork to complete once the doctor had orders for my tests in their system. Easy in and out process.

Initially, I was told they could not provide a referral because I had not been seen within the past year. After I left a review expressing my concerns, they changed their position and agreed to send a referral--but only for an office visit, not for the colonoscopy that had been recommended. The inconsistency is what makes this so frustrating. Ohio Gastro Group stated they could not refer me for a colonoscopy because I had not been seen recently enough, yet they were more than willing to schedule that same colonoscopy at their own facility without requiring an office visit first. If I am medically appropriate for the procedure in Ohio, why am I suddenly not appropriate for a referral to have the exact same procedure performed near my new home? My grandfather died from colon cancer, so timely screening is important to me. By refusing to provide a proper referral, I am now facing a 3-6 month wait to establish care with a new gastroenterologist in Colorado before I can even schedule the procedure. Meanwhile, I could have had the colonoscopy completed within days if I traveled back to Ohio and paid their office. The entire situation gave the impression that generating additional office visits and revenue was being prioritized over continuity of care and patient convenience. I expected better coordination and support from a medical practice when relocating out of state, especially for a procedure they themselves recommended.

Whoever decided this change would be positive or non-disruptive to patients should be fired. The transition was rushed to the point it makes one wonder if any forthought was put into the process (other than the money savings). Unfortunately, phlebotomists and lab techs are finding they will be worse off compared to their tenure at Ohio health To be clear, the folks actually doing the work (eg phlebotomists and lab tech) are wonderful and doing the best they can under enormous stress and daily backlogs due to the poor execution of this change

Then, instead of trying to be helpful she just shook her head the whole time while telling us that since it was now Quest Diagnostics and not OhioHealth she could not get on MyChart to see what lab tests were ordered. Not only not courteous but should not be in health service as she doesn't want to help people.

You get billed after & it is very clean & I love that is right in Kroger, I don't need to make an extra stop. The reception is always rude/confused. The NP can be rude/short, but she gets the job done. I always have to go back a couple times to get the sickness fixed, but you get what you get in a store. You pay for convenience, not quality.

Both Louanne and the doctor were great and thorough! Would highly recommend them over the prices of Urgent Care or the E.R.! And they can prescribe right at Kroger so you just pick it up there! Great customer service and helped me when I needed it! Avoid Urgent Care unless you are bleeding to death and go to the Kroger Little Clinic! And they also do cleaning for your ears if they are plugged! Highly impressed!
