Their kiosk gives you the option to sign in as a "walk in " if you don't have an appointment and then the staff comes out and tells at you when you do that. So here I am, sick and in need of an immediate test and end up getting berated by a staff member because she's having a busy morning.

Once I finally got the labs drawn it was nearly impossible to get results. Even though I gave them clear times when I would be available to receive a call.
