As I walked in my mask broke and I couldn't wear it, I politely asked (from the door) the blonde curly hair woman at the desk if she had an extra mask, before I could explain to her that my mask broke she said "WE DONT HAVE MASKS HERE" when I explained that I just broke mine she rudely told me "YOU CANT COME IN HERE WITHOUT A MASK" I asked if there was anywhere I could go get a mask as I just moved to the area and said "I DONT KNOW YOU CANT COME HERE WITHOUT A MASK" I will not be returning due to this RUDE blonde curly haired woman. If you do not want to be nice to people WHY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, I will never understand.

Sadly I had to return again the next day for my other daughter and it was the same nasty woman.. Some lady named Brittney drew her and missed, tried again and missed. This was more than a week ago and my daughter still has a bruise. But at least she wasn't rude. So far I've only had a good experience with Jackie and Kate. Btw Kate was so gentle my daughter didn't flinch. I've been drawn by Jackie and she was excellent as well. This lab needs consistency in staffing. Perhaps they are underpaid and take it out on patients. Smh

When I asked if the doctor I had been properly introduced to before Dr. Deutsch died and whom I trusted was coming back, I was told no. There is a reason why I had been going to Dr. Deutch for 15 years, paying high fees not covered by my insurance and up to now I had thought it was all well worth it. I will be going there no more. I called to make an appointment for a baseline…read moremammogram and it took over 15 minutes for their receptionist to collect my information and to make the appointment. She called me back a few minutes later to inform me that since I am a "self-pay" client the cost of the mammogram is $400. I informed her that I have full insurance coverage, as I just gave her all the information in the initial phone call. She then informed me that they only accept Medicaid and I would have to make the payment and submit to my insurance as an out of network! Why wasn't I informed of this before I gave you all my information including my insurance information and social security number?? Thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my time.
