Labcorp is denying essential medical tests to the elderly and others. They do this by presenting you a form right before you give your blood with the implication that you cannot have blood drawn unless you sign and pay upfront. The form has no legal standing since you do not have counsel or advance notice. Write "Medicare pays" on the form. Watch for emerging complaints and classes. They apparently do this only with certain tests like A1C according to a Ms. Rheem at their main office. This is dangerous to the patient since life threatening conditions like adult onset diabetes may be unresolved. read more

I was so scared to get my toddler's bloodwork done since he had a hospital stay and they could not find the vein. However, this labcorp found his little vein right away. They were super friendly from front desk to phlebotomists and they were super competent. We went on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they saw us almost immediately. I thank God it was such a smooth, easy, and good experience. Care quality was excellent! read more

Quick, clean, & friendly staff. One of my better experiences at a labcorp. Didn't have an appt and was seen in minutes.

OMG, I still have. sore arm. Went for bloodwork Friday, 8/19/22. I guess this supervisor blew a vein. First tech only got a 1/2 vial not enough, so called her supervisor in to take blood again for the second time in the same arm. I had a huge bump, could hardly lift my arm so sore. it is eight days now & arm is still sore with three bruises still present. I called Labcorp headquarters spoke to CSR & was told a supervisor would call me back, still waiting for a phone call back. Please stay away. read more

I was there 1year ago would not recommend this to anyone wait time was awful staff not at all friendly find someplace else to go. I'VE been to many many labs in my 75 years of life and this one was the bottom of the pile, or the top of the worst, I wrote a comment and never got a response. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE go to this filthy, unsanitary, incompetent office. We went with our 10 month old daughter for a routine blood draw which the pediatrician requested prior to the 12 month appointment to check for lead and other developmental milestones. First, the woman in the exam room before us was stuck 3 times and the phlebotomist was unsuccessful in getting her blood. She left. (The door was open and I watched all of this occur). Next, we were ushered DIRECTLY into the room that the woman just left. The blood draw chair was never cleaned or sanitized. I was instructed to sit in the dirty chair and restrain my daughter. Two phlebotomists fished around under my daughter's skin for 5 minutes with the needle as she screamed in agony because they couldn't find the vein, after she initially told me "the vein is here, we'll use this arm". I understand that veins move and it is not easy to draw blood, especially from a baby, but I've never seen a fishing expedition like these two women went on trying to find blood. It was absurd. I could have done better just from my 20+ years of blood draws as a member of the military who has blood drawn regularly. The most shocking concern is the filth present in this office and their lack of concern for basic sanitation. To not sanitize or wipe down a blood draw chair in between patients is astounding and the county health department needs to intervene. read more

Worst location there is around from check in, to collection, to the time you walk out the door. The staff is rude and there's not enough seating for my toddler to sit while she waits over an hour. The check in machines are filthy. This location is the closest to me but the absolutely worst location I've been to. read more
