And to give you an idea of their horrible customer service, just notice that every response they have to negative reviews is a cut and paste; completely indicative of the lazy service they provide. I checked in to get bloodwork done and Maria was so incredibly rude from the moment she called me…read moreback to a room. The tone of her voice and her entire demeanor while I was there was passive aggressive and condescending. She couldn't find my paperwork initially, and treated me as if I had done something wrong, when it was her mistake the whole time. I have had hundreds of shots and countless blood draws done over the last year, and I've never encountered someone who was as rough and careless as Maria was. She shoved the needle in my arm so hard, it truly felt intentional and cruel. Unfortunately I did not have the choice to request someone else to do the blood draw because she was the only one there. I was at this location 2 days prior to this encounter and had a pleasant experience, however, I won't be going back to this location solely because of her.

This is going to take forever," as soon as you walk through the door. I used the app/website to make an appointment for the same day. Check in occurs at an electronic kiosk. No one is stationed in the lobby to help you, so if you aren't "tech savvy" get that way or bring someone from the tech generation. Electronic check in is easy. The kiosk will prompt you to place your ID and insurance cards in a little tray for capture. Then voila, someone will come out to take you back shortly after. The staff were very thorough, kind, and professional. I'd definitely revisit this location.
