This was the worst experience I've ever had at a testing facility! I went in for Pre-Employment at…read morean over-night care employment service, and I received a FALSE POSITIVE for Cocaine and Methamphetamine. This facility doesn't do "split testing", and when I was informed of my results they wanted me to pay $150 to have it tested again at another facility. I instead had to go to my regular health care provider and pay out of pocket to have them test me and essentially "Prove my innocence." I Will NEVER test at a LabCorp facility again. The staff was laid back and nice enough, however, the Rep. who delivered my results via phone was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Never going here again.

I was able to call today and get my appointment today So I took a quick shower and hopped in my car and got here right away I believe Urgent Care also has an app where you can schedule on line As usual there is always some sort of form to fill out because it is a medical facility. I only had to fill out one front sheet Have your driver license. Credit card and insurance card with you I brought a blanket with me because I always find doctor offices and clinics to be cold I also brought my phone charger with me since you never know how long you're gonna sit and wait. Surprisingly my wait wasn't that long at all What I really appreciated was they had already contacted my usual Walgreens and found out that their system was down So they saved me a trip and I went to another Walgreens to get my prescriptions filled And when you're not feeling good these are the little things that count

I had to cancel my appointment so, the following day I decided to show up as a walk-in. There are 3 tablets for signing in, but when I visited there was no one at the front desk to assist those who aren't tech savvy. Check in process took 15 seconds and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. There were maybe 7 people ahead of me for various things, and there's a monitor in the wait room so you can see how long your wait is. Patients with appointments have priority, but this did not make the wait time any longer. I came in with my notes from my doctor and the nurse was able to take the blood draw. In total, I was out in ~30 minutes as a walk in. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You can create a profile on Quest to receive your results and have them shared with your healthcare provider. I went in on Monday, and received my results online on Wednesday. The results shared were pretty comprehensive and easy to understand-- coming from someone who has NO medical literacy. Not only can you be referred here by your medical professional you can also choose your own tests and screenings such as glucose, drug screening, etc. I definitely look forward to coming here again.

Her lack of empathy was appalling, someone like that shouldnt be in the medical proffession in any regard. Arm has never felt like this nerve pain has stayed even worse it seems.
