I had to cancel my appointment so, the following day I decided to show up as a walk-in. There are 3 tablets for signing in, but when I visited there was no one at the front desk to assist those who aren't tech savvy. Check in process took 15 seconds and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. There were maybe 7 people ahead of me for various things, and there's a monitor in the wait room so you can see how long your wait is. Patients with appointments have priority, but this did not make the wait time any longer. I came in with my notes from my doctor and the nurse was able to take the blood draw. In total, I was out in ~30 minutes as a walk in. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You can create a profile on Quest to receive your results and have them shared with your healthcare provider. I went in on Monday, and received my results online on Wednesday. The results shared were pretty comprehensive and easy to understand-- coming from someone who has NO medical literacy. Not only can you be referred here by your medical professional you can also choose your own tests and screenings such as glucose, drug screening, etc. I definitely look forward to coming here again.

Luckily, I went on the last day my receipt was still valid. Whew! That could've been a pain. This is located across the street from city hall - convenient and easy to find. Because they had someone working the desk, I didn't even have to ask which elevators to use. The worker pleasantly greeted me and asked me where I needed to go. Nice!

What is strange is that the lab techs try to act as bullying collection agencies as well. Before they take a sample, they look up your account and say you owe $xxx. They don't give you a bill. They just say they want the money and they threaten you that if you don't pay, Quest won't do services for you. Also, the lab tech will not use Covid safety measures like washing hands after picking up her 1pm lunch or offer hand sanitizer. Shame The lab tech was rude and did not have a greeting. She wore no name tag. I asked her if she was vaccinated. She said she was and added "you're here now and there's nothing you can do about it." Closed for Lunch: 1-1:30pm but she'll be late anyway

But the Asian front office staff is nice and will address you immediately. There is a Quest lab inside the clinic. I like the lab tech on the 5th floor the best: she's nice and professional and has good technique. But the computers at the lab station inside the clinic are so bad that it takes forever. Free wifi! Clinic manager is Ms. Ashley DeJean. There will be times when you may have to phone and ask to speak to her.
