I walked in and asked if this location conducted a specific test my employer ask me to inquire on. Literally the lady repeated it back to me and said " if you were told to come here, then I guess". Not so helpful and no smile or greeting so that added to the experience. I asked if I sign in and she mumbled something and motioned at the kiosk. The other woman at the front was extremely cordial but I drew the short straw apparently. I always wonder why people who hate dealing with the public take jobs that require them to do so. As I sit waiting to be seen am hoping my tech has a personality more engaging then my first encounter. My tech was very nice and a 180 from my initial encounter. Would I recommend coming here? I had an online appointment at 10:30 this mo. Arrive on time, checked in on monitor and waited.....and waited....n waited...they took peop before me and I waited an HOUR ! told nurse I had appointment n she mumbled something bout she didn't take appointments! This is the second time i have been in this location, both times i have heard the lab workers discussing other patients information in front of other customers. The first time it was done to me and i could hear them all the way in the waiting room. I had left a review about my hippa rights being violated then, and it's somehow been DELETED! STOP DISCUSSING PATIENTS PERSONAL INFORMATION IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS!!! This location needs new staff as the same woman i see is still here today. They have been rude, unknowledgeable, and they need to be reprimanded or replaced! Absolutely the WORST location. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I honestly cannot Fathom anyone getting 5 star service here. The staff is rude and impatient despite them taking 20,000 years to stop talking about unrelated life gossip. They ignore customers and have an IDGAF attitude. I waited 6 hours for an employment screening test that takes all of 5 minutes to perform. They told me to make an appointment or deal with the wait. There wasn't an available appointment for over a month. The organization and management of this facility is subpar and the staffs professional conduct is mediocre at best on a good day. This office has the worst customer service I have experienced of any other labcorp office, they are rude and have a total disregard for the costumer. When they removed the needle after taking the sample, blood was squirting from my arm and instead of apologizing the tech was blaming me for that. Pick a different lab these people just don't care about you or your wellbeing. Stay away. read more

This place is a joke. You make an appointment just for a urine test from your doctor,come in early and they still make you wait well past your appointment. Even though you come in with a full bladder and BTW its for a surgery test for bladder and urology. Rude employees and just excuses. Pick a different lab for testing of you can. read more

My boyfriend got a new job so we came in for a drug test. So far no problems has happened to us personally but while sitting here waiting I quickly noticed everything wrong with this place. It's crystal clear the ladies don't want to be here. An old man politely asked if they had heard anything while all 3 ladies were at the front. The one clearly turned around and ignored him and they all kept laughing about business that had nothing to do with work. As another lady is standing in line waiting the office ladies are chit chatting about a drink they left in the car and completely ignoring her as well. I understand some days are tough and everyone has an off day, however when I see all yelp reviews are bad it's clear the problem is the employees. If you don't like your job get a new one, these ladies are bad business and don't represent the company name as they should. I gave the Lehigh Acres LabCorp 1 star because there is no 0 star here. Horrible place. I took my 3 years old daughter there for a blood work and the three technicians working there that day couldn't find a vein, they tried in both arms and nothing, my daughter was crying and in pain a lot and they did not care. They do not have experience with children, they only care about older adult because they veins are bounding and visible. I have to stopped them because they were hurting my daughter. Super unprofessional. Never going there again. read more

LabCorp's employees lack knowledge and promptness. I had labwork done over a week ago, in which I was told IN the lab the results would be available in 72 hours, a second employee told me 2-3 days, and a third employee told me 1-2 days. My baby's induction depends on these results, and my doctors office is yet to receive them. At my last appointment, my doctor called them in California and was told they would be ready by the end of that day (Tuesday). Now because they're in California we expected to have them by end of our business day or Wednesday morning. After no luck on Wednesday, LabCorp was called again and we were informed they would be ready by Thursday, which was a holiday, so we would get the results Friday. Here we are, Friday morning and still no results. I have a liver disorder which puts my baby at risk of stillbirth, and I can't be induced until I receive these results back. They are impossible to get ahold of, their employees have given us different time frames, and I'm tired of getting the run around and no straight answer. Will not be going back for services here because of the inconvenience and anxiety this has caused me and my unborn child. read more
