I sit down in the lobby scrolling through instagram. I get called up and she asks for my registration number and ID. Which is no problem, but she is SO rude for no reason. I ask how her day is going, nothing. I give her my confirmation number because i thought that's what she needed and then she proceeds to raise her voice at me and say "that's not what I need". I responded with, okay well then what do you need maam? and she rolls her eyes and is clearly aggravated and says "the paper." (Mind you I don't have any paper) I said, i'm sorry i have no idea what you're talking about. She raises her voice AGAIN and says "when you registered for this you got a paper I need to fill out!" (No I didn't.) At this point i'm near tears because i have no idea what she's talking about and she's yelling at me infront of everyone and it's 8:30 in the morning. Wayyyy too early to be in a bad mood. Anyways. I had to go through all these steps to get some "paper" that I never received in the first place and she didn't offer to even help or where i should even be looking for this "paper" so I had to call my University and go through this whole process so Maria didn't have a tantrum infront of me again.
