Rudest front desk staff I've ever encountered. My phlebotomist was the saving grace, thankfully she knows the definition of customer service and the reason for 2 stars. Also, no verification of my ID? Just poor business practices all around. Avoid at all costs.

Color of my vein not a bruise. Thank you Amanda!

So many people only take the time to write a bad review...This was one of the easiest processes to…read moreget my blood drawn I've ever experienced so far, so I've got to leave my thoughts about it. I had originally came in on a Tuesday and the small lobby was completely packed! So, I came back in the morning, and it was a complete opposite scene. The technician, Nae was very nice and respectful. She made the process quick and as painless as possible. The self check in kiosk is pretty self explanatory as well. I just can't bring myself to rate 5 stars because the facility feels a little outdated, a bit messy, and I couldn't help but cringe as I opened up the urine drop off and it was FILLED with other client's pee cups. Also, there is no signage outside of the building so I drove around the parking lot until I finally realized that it was INSIDE Tom Thumb next to the pharmacy. Overall, I have to admit I would probably return here again to get blood work done because Nae was so good at her job. I am such a big baby when it comes to needles and she made me feel comfortable.

The black lady who assisted us was quite rude and seemed irritated when asking questions about the blood test. When she asked what specific test my sister was having, I explained that my mother had completed the paperwork and that I wasn't sure of the exact test, only that it was either related to her iron levels or something recommended by her dermatologist because she is taking Accutane. Instead of helping us clarify the information, she responded with a negative attitude and gave us an uncomfortable look. I understand that healthcare workers can have busy and stressful days, but patients and their families are often nervous as well. A little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. I hope Quest will remind its staff of the importance of treating patients with courtesy and respect.

1 star is too many stars …read more.. I went in for a simple blood test and somehow left feeling like I'd participated in a low-budget survival game show. First off, the waiting room had the energy of a DMV from 1997--except with more visible despair. I checked in, aged about three years, and then watched multiple people who came in after me get called back like they had some kind of VIP "actually alive" membership. When I finally got called, the technician approached my arm like it personally offended them. I'm pretty sure they were aiming for a vein but emotionally committed to the general concept of my arm instead. At one point I considered asking if they were mining for oil. The chair? Looked like it had seen things. Bad things. The kind of chair that whispers, "no one leaves here hydrated." And let's talk about professionalism--if by professionalism you mean loudly discussing weekend plans while actively missing veins, then wow, 10/10. By the time I left, I wasn't sure if they had successfully drawn blood or just taken my will to live. Either way, I'm pretty confident they got something. Would I go back? Only if it's part of some elaborate punishment system or I lose a bet.
