the last time I was at LabCorp it was a very painful experience. when I told the tech that I was in a lot of pain, she said not to move because it does not take long. this tech was not ready for this work nor did she speak English. I know these new immigrants are cheap labor and help to earn large profits for LabCorp but it is unfair to us. read more

Went here to have a blood draw and the technician that saw me was rude nasty and violated HIPPA by discussing another patron's situation. I would recommend if you don't want wait an hour for a scheduled appt and don't like dealing with rude people, steer clear of this very unprofessional office. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Very rude at the front desk where the receptionist was sitting in the corner away from the window and seemed annoyed and impatient to answer any questions from myself or anyone else in the waiting room which was completely full. There was a 2 hour wait and I tried to make an appointment online and it wouldn't let me. I will never be going here again and i suggest no one does. Don't just go because it's close, save yourself the hassle and the verbal degradation and go somewhere else. read more

This lab corp was awesome. Took my five year old here and it was a packed house. They moved us up to the front of the line and the tech was awesome. Patient and caring for our daughter. I would definitely recommend this Lab Corp for kids. read more

Consistently 0 available appointments for booking. I resorted to a walk in appointment after repeatedly and unsuccessfully trying to find an available time slot. I have been waiting for 1 hour & 45 minutes so far... my name is crawling up the list. The pace here is absurdly slow to meet the demand. There are no human interactions nor updates- you check into a machine. They scream your name from around the hallway when it's your turn. Wildly disappointing experience... there has to be a better way. read more

The "receptionist," Patty S., was rude, impatient and discourteous not only to me but to several of the people waiting. Not one person was rude to her that warranted her cross attitude. Polite, patient and courteous should be the most important qualifications for this position. She was lacking all three. Do not go here!! Not to mention being rude and not acknowledging me at counter after several attempts to get there attention. When the tech came in to draw blood she said nothing to me other than make a fist, and she actually rammed the needle into my arm so hard that my elbow moved back. She left a huge swollen blood clot in my arm. Which turned purple and extremely sore. Never had a problem having blood drawn before. She didn't even have my right name on her computer screen. They were very busy as a result of the covid blip.They were very courteous to all of us and helpful to me personally as Hackinsack had messsed up the digital script by not ordering the primary test I was there for ,and wrong codes for other tests etc.The Lab core folks could have said go away and get it straightened out but THEY DID NOT,,,,,Instead they worked with me to get a fax ,corrected codes etc all while continuing to work with other patients.This was old school GOOD customer service.Once the paperwork was corrected it was a 2 minute process of blood drawing. Do not take your children here. My five year old was terrified by this place. It was super crowded and the registration was right next to the lab cubes. Kids were screaming, and the folks drawing blood seemed super stressed and mean. When he had to give blood again recently at age 7, I realized he was totally scarred by the experience. I took him to a different lab company that was recommended by friends, and it was a fine experience and he left saying, wow that wasn't so bad. Just never take me back to the place we went last time. read more

longest wait, rude staff. Second time coming here, this time a long wait. Last time I came in warning them I faint, they disregarded. After getting blood taken I told them I had blacked out and could not see and they told me to walk to the waiting room. I am currently still waiting in the parking lot after 2 hours. read more

I had the pleasure today of going to Labcorp. They couldn't find the script that my doctor said was sent in. It was 7:30am and doctors office didn't open til 9am. Was recently there under new waiting conditions. Machines for check in both broken. Staff not friendly and courteous at all. Speak from window as everyone is supposed to hear and know where they are being directed to go for further check in and blood work. Very unprofessional and not the least bit courteous. Was told to sign in which I did and then watched several people to be taken ahead of me only to find out they weren't even looking at the paper they had me sign to check in. No apology. Left. Better taken care of in Neptune. Much friendlier service all around. I live one minute from the manasquan location and have told myself several times after being dissatisfied to not return even though it's the most convenient location. Never again. If I don't feel comfortable with the check in procedures I'm sure as heck not putting faith into the pertinent lab work that needs to be completed by that staff. read more

I just left but the lady put the needle in then started moving it around for atleast 2 minutes to find my vain!! And when my mom asked (I'm only 15) if everything is okay. The lady gave my mom attitude and we just both felt so uncomfortable. I never experience pain from blood work but this time my arm feels awful. read more

I give a star rating for one of your techs, I believe his name is Markis... he is young with black hair in a pony tail. My previous visit I had to have 19 vials drawn and I was sure it was going to be very painful with a big bruise, it was not! no pain, and no bruising afterward and this young man has the most calming, professional manner I have ever encountered. Today I had to go for a quick 4 vials and once again was lucky enough to get him as my tech. Outstanding! Lab Corp would be very foolish to not recognize and reward this employee, sooner or later he will be poached to another company. He is that good! Also, my appointment was at 7:45, the kiosk checkin takes less than 2 minutes and I cannot understand why anyone would complain, it is easy step by step I cannot think of a way it needs to be improved. Used to be good.last visit mayhem. Many people don't know how to use the new check in. Then no one directs you but you are supposed to know to sit and wait.They call your name from the back after a long wait, but they don't have the courtesy to walk to the window to call you. Everyone hears a muffiled voice from the rear calling their name but they are not sure. The workers feel it's beneath them to get off a chair, come to the window and say your name. People think they hear their name but their not sure .After getting called, there is an intake area where they are put your info into the computer again. Your rep keeps talking to the rep next to her about personal matters and when I asked" . Making a 2 min intake 20 mins. Then they need a credit card even though you have good health insurance .No explanation.Next intake give you a cup for a urine sample.when I asked should I return it to you she gives me a smirk and says " no" but.. I had to walk back and forth trying to find someone to help. still no direction. I give the sample and come out and no body is there to tell what to do. I wandered back and forth with every one ignoring me. Finally I had to ask someone to please take blood. She was efficient and pleasent enough but it was like a lot of waster time and no one careing.I have a strong suspecion the boss/ manager was on vacation or off. NEVER A GAIN! read more

I go to the Manasquan Lab Corps for blood work every week and have been doing so for many months and plan to continue for at least 6 more months. I have found all of the staff to be very professional and friendly - never had any problems at all. Everyone has gone out of their way to be accommodating to me. The registration/sign in process may be intimating to some, but I have seen staff members come out and very patiently walk registrants through the process which is very simple once your account is set up. Kudos to this office which makes its patients feel as comfortable as possible! read more
