They were short-staffed yet very helpful and not rushed. I am a very hard stick, but Bella, who took my blood, was outstanding. She found the vein with the first time stick and after all my previous experiences at hospital, other clinics, etc., that was no small feat. read more

Wow... this needs to be FIXED .. I went in for blood work.I arrived at 7am, was called back to a room at 8am, and my blood was drawn at 8:30. The girl (phlebotomist) was really nice. Once I got her attention and told her I needed to get to work, she came and drew my blood. Her and the front desk clerk seemed to be doing all work by themselves. I only saw another person (girl) there when I got to the Labcorp office. Someone needs to staff this place up to standards. There was at least 25/30 people in lobby when I walked out. I hope someone fixes this problem. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Under any circumstances they won't. They are aware they don't have the sound on. What kind of company does that. I was going to take a test for a company and they told me to call and confirm. HOW CAN SOMEONE CALL TO CONFIRM IF THEY DONT ANSWER!!!! I would give less than 1 star rating if allowed. EXTREMELY unprofessional & RUDE staff. Even with appointment I've waited 20 minutes - one other person in waiting area - no other patients waiting in back. Have labs done every 3 months & have yet to encounter one friendly staff member. read more

This is a new location with the same bad attitude! They didn't like my insurance card after using it for services multiple times. I got a new card and now they have lost my orders and act like it is my fault! This is a typical corporate operation that treats people who need healthcare as if they are held over a barrel! read more

As other reviews on here this place on holiday hill rd & briarwood is terrible personnel. They are rude & don't care about customers. They think we need them but it's the other way around. Without us (customers) they would not exists. I am handicapped in a wheelchair & had blood work done. As others the wait was long. When I finally went into the lab the lady was extremely rude, didn't care If you don't like your job the leave! Find something else. Bad management. read more

I went today for routine lab work. Upon arrival you are not greeted, you have to check in on a computer, while employees sit at a desk and/or stand near the desk. First thing wrong my dr had not sent the orders. I began working on that problem, each time asked the desk if they had received the fax, their reply was no. Finally after being there for 40 minutes, and I was fasting, I left. I returned to the parking lot approximately 15 minutes later, called Labcorp from my vehicle, it rang until it just disconnected! I got out immediately and went inside; the girl was sitting at the desk, phone next to her. I asked if the phone was working, she looked at it, picked up the receiver, looked at it put it down and said yes, what are you here for? I came to see if my orders had arrived, but I just called and you didn't answer! She replied she was busy! I then took my leave, and replied, well I have had your job before(which I have) I didn't have any problem! I will not return! I later found out that the lazy office staff should have called their corporate number to retrieve the orders! read more
