She does a great job, even with my difficult to find veins, and is very pleasant and helpful. The lab is on a walk in basis during business hours. I took three bids and went from there. Two things stood out: 1) While AHR's bid was in line with the industry standard, when I mentioned that I was receiving other bids, Chris made a point to tell me that they would match the best offer. None of the other companies made that offer. Sure enough, they price matched with no questions asked. 2) The other offers I received asked for payment by cash or check. Each other bid would accept credit card, but would add a 3% convenience fee for doing so. That seemed kind of tacky considering how much money a mitigation system cost. AHR charges no fee for credit card payments. Beyond that, the appointment for estimate and installation were right on time and the two different company reps were really friendly but professional. A recent visit to this facility for drug screening was marred by an unprofessional experience. The…read moreadministrator rushed the process, yelled instructions, and mishandled concerns about my sample. Claiming the sample had a "chemical" smell. When questioned, they became aggressive, threatening to invalidate the test and notify DOT. I sensed unfair treatment, potentially motivated by racial bias, and now question the facility's safety and neutrality. After being talked at about a process I have never before experienced I declined to be monitored while urinating. Once it was made clear this invalidates my entire test and marks it as a positive; I agreed to monitored. There response was that it is now too late to make that decision and I should have agreed beforehand. My next step is to contact DOT directly.
