I would like to start this review by noting I know I have the right location, and in case this…read moresomehow went to another Labcorp, this 1 Star review is for the location at 10550 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242. I had a very negative experience at this location. As soon as I walked in, the therapy dog immediately came up to me and got into my personal space. I asked the staff member to please get the dog, and instead of doing so, she just said "it's friendly" and allowed it to stay right next to me. After I checked in and sat down, the dog came up to me again. I moved my body away and turned my face to avoid it, and it still stayed in my space until it finally wandered off. It came back multiple times after that. I am afraid of dogs, and having one repeatedly approach and touch me without consent caused significant anxiety during an already stressful medical appointment. A medical lab should feel predictable and safe for everyone. Therapy animals should never approach patients unless requested, and staff should take patient comfort seriously. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and honestly, I will probably avoid Labcorp's other locations as well. I'd rather pay more and go somewhere that respects patient boundaries.

When the guy left the man at the desk rolled his eyes and said "oh my god". He was escalating the issues. Another woman came in and she didn't speak english and he was very short tempered and rude to her first. He then told her he doesn't have time to deal with her and told me to proceed back. I saw a door with a keypad so naturally I assumed it was locked. I asked is this the correct door, he snapped back and said "well there's not another door here right?". I already hate getting my blood drawn and his horrible attitude made it worse.

So effectively without a computer they were out of business. They didn't tell me or anybody else that they couldn't take blood draws. They just sent us away. No idea how to reschedule the appointment or what to do. Got on quest website tried to reschedule got trapped in a ridiculous go around that ended with nowhere. Finally called quest customer service to get my appointment rescheduled. Looks like I gotta go back in a couple of weeks. I could not expect any business that's on this way to stay in business very long. I hate having my time wasted by people who don't even care.

Their "online appointment" system is atrocious and you lose your place in line because it won't…read morework without taking a photo of your license with your phone - even when you're standing in the office. There is no way to bypass it. I filled out the paperwork by hand even though I lost my place in line. On top of that, their website says they have an X-ray. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN X-RAY! The guy who came out of the "MANAGER" office said "well, you can come back on *maybe* Tuesday and someone can do it?" IT'S SUNDAY. So apparently they have a machine, but no one to reliably run it (or read the images)?! This place is all window dressing and no substance. Then he had the gaul to tell me "good luck finding urgent care with X-ray." I will be going to TriHealth Priority Care in the morning where I know with 100% certainty they have a functional X-ray and TriHealth physicians to read them. I'm not waiting until "maybe Tuesday" to get x-rays. They shouldn't advertise that they have an x-ray if they don't. And of course his answer to that was "well we can give you medication." I don't want medication. I want answers as to whether I should wrap and "R.I.C.E." it or have it set by a physician. If you have an injury that you think even MIGHT need X-rays, go somewhere else. Not worth the time, aggravation or (actual) pain. The "Manager" speaks very little English and is difficult to understand. He said I wouldn't lose my place in line and failed to tell me about the no-xray until AFTER I filled everything out. Call before you go somewhere, and drive right by this place. Not worth your time or the aggravation.

No complaints with my visit to this Quest Diagnostic location. One of the great things about Quest…read moreis that they have spots for both walk-ins and appointments. I love the flexibility. For this visit I wanted to go with an appointment. Appointments may be made online. The location closest to me did not have any appointments for the next two weeks. This location had times and days that worked with my schedule. I arrived 15 min. before my appointment, and checked in at their contactless check-in kiosk. Three minutes later I was called back. A quick temperature check, and we were on our way. After entering in some additional information it was time for the test. Everything was done quickly. I was on my way by my scheduled time. I encountered two employees during my visit. Both were professional. I would have no qualms utilizing this location again.

My doctor had a confirmation that the fax went through 3 weeks ago. My doctor faxed the requisition slip for the test again and I even emailed it to the phlebotomist . Still the two phlebotomists made me wait 1 and a half hours. Finally I had to leave in disgust (especially after the male phlebotomist told me that they had received the email but apparently still want me to wait more). They never acknowledged the receipt of the second fax on the day of the test. I would not recommend such treatment to any patient. Customer/patient service is dead at that blood draw Quest center in Mason, OH.

I had a recent visit to the emergency room for right side pain. Being there alone made it more…read morescary. I waited in the lobby for four hours. The front desk, the lady who took information and the person who did the IV were all very kind and helpful. I won't fault the ER with the fact that there was a family not parenting their child allowing her to run all over the place, rolling on the dirty floor and jumping on the furniture but the wait was horrid. I was finally taken back and hooked up to monitors and tested. The dr was very kind and apologetic for the wait. After my scan I had to use the bathroom and had to call three times basically begging for help. I was tethered so needed a nurse. I thought I was going to pee the bed. I was discharged and told I could leave with my paperwork dropped on the bed. I got to the hallway and followed the exit signs only to end up in the lobby that was closed. I was in pain, medicated and exhausted so decided to move the gate and exit through the closed lobby. Of course a policeman saw me and was upset that I used a closed part of the hospital. I have used this ER before and it seems that it is normal practice to just release people without making sure they can find their way out. I realize there are exit signs but they don't help when parts of the hospital are closed. How about the nurse getting patients to the exit? After being there for nine hours, in pain, medicated and exhausted a little help would have been appreciated
