I find it very simple and convenient to make appointments for my blood work on their web site and there always seem to be appointments available in the times I need them. I have always been taken on time for my appointments - never having to wait long. Each of the phlebotomists I have had draw blood there have been professional and gentle. Results are available online through their portal and are forwarded to referring physicians in a timely manner. On those rare occasions when I have had a billing question, I have found it relatively simple to get through to their billing department and get the issue resolved. I don't think there is very much else I can expect from a lab and recommend you give them a try if you need to go to a lab to have bloodwork done.... but make sure you make your appointment online as walk-ins have to wait for an available opening which might take some time.

The front desk staff were warm, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel much less stressful than many other labs. A special thank-you to Chelsea, who is an outstanding phlebotomist. I require a butterfly needle and blood draws from my wrist, so I'm not the easiest patient. Chelsea was the perfect blend of professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness. She maintained eye contact, kept me engaged in conversation, and made me feel completely at ease. It was possibly the easiest and most painless blood draw I've ever had. Five stars without hesitation. I'll definitely return to this location.

This clinic is in the cell phone waiting lot across the street from PSP Airport…read more We made an "appointment' the night before for a rapid NAAT testing ($199) and selected an appointment time of 9:00-9:30am. This was for a 12:30 pm flight to Canada and because our Labcorp "2 day turnaround" testing hadn't come back in time 4 days later. Cost for rapid NAAT testing was $199. They open at 9am so that was the earliest available "appointment" time. Results were indicated to be "generally within an hour". I put appointment in quotes because as others have said you don't really have an appointment. It's essentially first come first served, but you do have to book and pay ahead of time to be able to show up. As far as I could tell, testing without booking ahead of time wasn't possible. I saw the reviews here (thanks!) and decided we should show up closer to 8:30a. Photos is the line when we showed up. We got nose swabbed around 9:15a. We went and grab some breakfast and got our results emailed around 10:15a. All this because our other (not rapid) test didn't come back in time from LabCorp (cost was $120, promised turn around was 2 days, but it's been 4). I think this clinic is worthwhile for travel testing. I just do think you ought to play it safe and get rapid tested the day before if you can. As other's have also pointed out, it could be better organized and signage for FAQs would be helpful.

Got there at 3, waited for about 30 minutes, then an employee came and told me that they were not doing any more rapid tests that day because they close at 4 and it takes 2 hours for them to do a test. She told me to come back in the morning at 9. I went back at 8:45, got tested by 9:15. Employee said about 1 1/2 hours for results. It's now 5:15pm and I don't have results. I emailed customer service around 3, got a (likely automatic) response saying that I would be emailed my results and that they have "elevated" my request to the results department. They do not take insurance. So I'm out $125 for a stick up my nose with no results. This was the Palm Springs airport location.

Staff told me I only had until their closing time instead of the full window, and I was never clearly advised that leaving early could be marked as a refusal. Because of this, the situation appears to qualify as a collector/procedural error. Cutting the process short due to business hours and failing to properly inform the donor is not acceptable when handling federally regulated tests. This is not just poor service--this directly affects people's livelihoods. I have proof of my arrival and departure times. If you perform DOT testing, you are expected to follow proper procedures, not convenience. Updating my review after speaking directly with the lab. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the situation escalated. During the recorded call (after informing them it was being recorded), I was told: "You can come get a second test... read between the lines... you know the address, pull up if you want to." Very poor communication and they only used excuses that they will have it certain date and time and when it comes to the date and time they don't won't answer you or they come with another excuse. I asked them for my refund so they don't have to deal with me calling them and bothering them every day (vice versa) they won't refund me so in other words I lost my $485 and until now I have received the results. DONT GET YOUR LAB SERVICE DONE IN THIS PLACE. If I could give them NO STAR at all, it would've been great!

I had to get a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug test, and my company sent me to Real Occupational. They told me up front "our Doctor is real cool." They were right. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common. No place is going to be perfect, but when you think of having to go to clinic of any kind, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully the previous reviewer will give them another chance.
