I would come in ready to pee, because I have an appointment. Would continue to wait over a hour Even with an appointment. There is nobody to talk to they close the window on you and will not speak unless your called upon. Worst place I've ever been to for a drug test. I instead went to a different drug test place and was called upon with no appointment in less the 5 minutes. Whole process took maybe 10 minutes. Will never go to a Lab Corp again.

Never has my vein stop bleeding ever. Look I'm not squeamish with needles but I know a lot of people who are. It hurt like hell and my arm hurt every day after more and more with a giant lump over the spot she stuck me. While the lump is down now at day 6 there's a giant yellow bruise still there. I'll confidently say, I've never had that bad of an experience getting my blood drawn.

I am a patient of Dr. Irani office. I am a type one diabetic. I called in to the office for an…read moreappointment. I haven't been in to see them in about over a year. Which has never been a problem before. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

My wife was due for her yearly mammogram and when we got the call to set up the appointment say ask…read morethem that they knew she is in a power wheelchair and the said yes and that your husband will be here to help move her around. We got there and signed in and when we got called the the back things went wrong. They said we need her shirt off so I started to work on the right side and the moved to the left side and one of the ladies started to try and pull her right arm out before I got the left side done. So I told them since you are doing it why am I here, and started to walk out and they said no we can't move her! So I said then please wait till I get her shirt off. In less than a minute I told them she is ready to be moved. They came back in and side we'll start on the right side and as I was moving her chair up to the machine the one lady said this won't work we can't do it. I asked what is different than the last time? She is still in her chair? She just said this won't work, so I got her shirt back on and we left without letting me get her all set up! They just seemed like they we to impatient and in a hurry! They knew she's been there before and we had the mammogram done then! Guess we'll go to Akumin cause they have do it there before too.
