Arrogant Butt Whole!…read more I went to this Dr twice, on my second visit for a UTI, he put me on an antibiotic that was way too STRONG! It tore my stomach all to pieces. I was bloated, I couldn't eat, I had constant heartburn and an over growth of yeast/candida. I had to go back to him within days of starting the medication, when I told him all my symptoms and that he gave me an antibiotic that I could not tolerate, he became Angry and told me to go to the ER if I needed help. I ask him if I have to go to ER for help, what do I need you for? He fired me as his patient, charged me for the visit and did NOTHING to help me, I had to go to my gastroenterologist for help!

We have excellent insurance and have never had a denial. We received a $200 bill for a Telehealth follow up after hospital stay. I have called billing, in Tennessee 7 times. I left a message once and asked them to check the diagnosis code the Doctor used. The additional 6 times I held for 18-22 minutes and just when you think you are going to be transferred to a person, clink, the end. Of course, we tried to get into dr before hospital visit, visited an unrelated walk in twice, over two days for treatment and then the hospital stay. The office was called over three days, with no response until the 2nd voicemail the 3rd day. Dr Luis Casonava is a caring, knowledgeable doctor, who takes the time to listen to his patients. His nurse is great. His office staff while in the office are all pleasant. The problem seems to be not enough office staff to answer phones, check in patients, make appointments and check patients out. I was told this by office staff. The problem seems to be a billing department in Tennessee, where you can't get ahold of anyone. Bayfront Health Medical Group owns the practice now.

I'm writing to share my experience with Millenium Walk-in Clinic, which was my first time there. I…read morewas a bit worried about the reviews I'd seen, but since my primary care physician is affiliated with Millenium, I decided to give it a shot. I was really happy with the service from the moment I checked in until I left. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

This office is so messed up. Short story. I became extremely ill in 2022. I went here because I was…read morehaving issues with my legs and was vomiting on a daily basis. I lost over 30 pounds in a short period of time. Rather than referring me to a GI specialist which I begged for they wasted several appointments pushing on my abdomen and scheduled a sonogram in lieu of a referral. Went to show up for the sonogram at 8 am and the office was closed due to weather. No one called and it was never rescheduled. I ended up lying to the doctor about having tremor so I could finally get a referral to a neurologist. Years later I am now diagnosed with an atypical form of Parkinson's disease. The doctor I had here retired and then millennium physicians said I had to be reestablished with a new doctor. So I went to a new patient appointment. I only use this office to monitor my hypothyroidism and cholesterol since they have made me aware that they are incapable of helping me with any of my Parkinson's symptoms. The new doctor ordered lab work, which I did. Then they had me come to a follow up appointment to go over the results. My thyroid was extremely out of whack. Not a small bit out of range but way out of range. You would think this is when they would make a dose adjustment. I believe the vomiting and nausea daily are being cause by my thyroid being so messed up. Now they have ordered me to get lab work done again in November, exact same test, so they can see how it's "trending" before making a dose adjustment. So I said I'm just supposed to keep being sick daily for 3 months until I go back for more bloodwork and another appointment. A 6 month scheme to bilk more money from me and my insurance. I don't recommend this office.
