I had to make a trip to urgent care after a bite from my friends Gritty Kitty. A day later had a bit of swelling so I selected this location. There were a couple people in the waiting room. I had to do the cursory paperwork, ID and insurance card. Within 10 minutes, I had my data verified and made the required payment. Another 5 minutes and I was in the exam room. The Dr was polite and seemed knowledgeable. Was attentive to my injury and health issues. A little discussion in regards to antibiotics that I can and can't take. Within an hour, I was in and out. I'd definitely go here again. Like all of these types of facilities, you may or may not get the same doctor and staff.

Appointment was confirmed through email and text but when we arrived the receptionist had no record of our booked appointment. She looked at my confirmation and said they do not accept bookings through Solo. I didn't book through Solo, I went to their webpage and booked through Pro Health just like I have been doing for years. I was never given an actual reason for the confusion and I'm not sure why this Solo is connected to their website but they don't honor it. I went back in and attempted to book an appointment any other way and was only successful through this Solo. Receptionists said too bad, but we could wait and hope the Dr had time to see everyone in front of us prior to 15 minutes before they close. This urgent care has been going down hill for a while now. I went 10 minutes up the road to Corewell health and 30 minutes later we are on our way home with our physical. The staffat Corewell was friendly and attentive and we will give them our business going forward.

He did a great job explaining what was important without making minor issues seem bigger than they were. He didn't try to find reasons for us not to move forward with the home: he gave us a fair-minded assessment based on his findings. The quality of the inspection was excellent. We added the sewer scope and radon testing, and I'm very glad we did. The inspection and resulting report were comprehensive and gave us a much better understanding of the home we're purchasing. I also thought the value was excellent. Given how significant a home purchase is, the cost was very reasonable for the level of detail, expertise, and peace of mind we received.
