[[HIGHLIGHT]]I pass several other LabCorp offices and drive about 30 minutes to come here because the experience is consistently better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's basically a one-woman operation, yet she keeps everything running smoothly -- from check-in to paperwork to the actual blood draw -- all while staying calm, professional, and kind. The office feels clean, organized, and respectful of patients' time. I've had less positive experiences at other locations, which makes the level of care here stand out even more. You can tell Jude genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how efficiently the whole office runs. If LabCorp leadership ever reads these reviews, this location is a perfect example of how much impact one dedicated professional can make. She deserves real recognition (and probably more support). First check in thru the automated check in tablet- wants insurance card scanned, side one , side 2. If not properly placed it asked again. Wants drivers license -same scan procedure. Then the human is is the best asks for insurance card again/ same in that was scanned. We used another Labcorp location twice before. It has all the insurance info. Yet Labcorp software is so inadequate the patient must start over each time. Not user friendly. The phlebotomists are outstanding- hard working. The check in is a failure using the tablet. My Dr. Initially told me to go to Quest Diagnostics and I had a horrible experience (one of many others) and could not even get my blood work done. So my Dr. requested a work to be done at Lab Corp. I was able to make an appointment right away (Quest Diagnostics was not available for 2 weeks). When I checked in, there was only one person waiting. (QD ...like 20 people out the door). The technician seemed bit annoyed that I was there and questioned if I had an appointment (apparently she did not have me on her list). But while I was getting blood work done, she started talking to me and actually was nice (she was having a headache). I finally got done my blood work after failing to do so at Questic Diagnostic twice and I was able to get it done here in 5min. I will always request Labcorp in the future. read more

This place is not run properly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The woman at the front is always the same woman, and she tells everyone her personal business and complains about her health problems.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The minute I walked in this time she looks up in a very depressed voice and asks me if I have an appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tell her that I don't, she tells me that it might be a while. Note there is one other person here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After all of the drama, she got me in within 10 minutes. It takes about five minutes to do bloodwork. Jude always does amazing! She is always honest about how long I might have to wait and so helpful. She draws very efficient and gentle. I hate getting my blood drawn and she always talks to me through it and helps take my mind off of it, before I know it, she's done! I came in yesterday, she had a full lobby and I didn't have an appointment so I said I would come back today (and make an appointment). This location is nice and quiet, but the lady working here Jude is a nightmare! I don't know how she got the job at this good location. All she does is complain about her job, sighs in exasperation every time a client walks in, even though she has like 2 people to draw. Always acting like she's so busy, even though this location is so much slower than any other LabCorp I've seen. Visibly angry if someone walks-in 30 min before her lunch time. Short and rude with clients if she feels like there's any extra work she needs to do for them, like call anywhere. On top of that, she will lay all of her issues in life on you during your apt whether you asked or not. Unhappy woman, putting her misery on all the patients! I have anxiety when it comes to blood draws due to bad experiences however Jude put my anxiety to rest and told me everything will be ok and she kept her word the blood draw was quick and easy with no bruising or pain she talked to me the entire time keeping me in good spirits (I had a lot of blood)Jude is truly phenomenal with superior customer service. I have An illness that doesn't make me look sick! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & some days I just feel tired! My joints will ache! I had a total Knee Replacement & I need another one on the Right! Not in a hurry! I had 2 Labs done at GENESIS Labs on 2 different Dates! The Technician labeled each viral & when I found out that The Blood Draws that went to their Labs said the test We're Compromised? I wanted an explanation & no one Could tell me what that meant! I showed up for Appt. Technicians Drew my Blood into the vitals then they were sent to GENESIS LABS & the report for my Doctors were that the Labs were Compromised! This Happened on TWO different occasions! I received a $118.00 Bill from them but they didn't complete their job! This bill goes towards my Deductible but I feel my BlueCross/BlueShield Federal would be upset because We didn't get the Completed Service needed for my Doctors! I have retired but that doesn't mean I'm not Busy! I'm going to write the Head Offices of Genesis Laboratory! This isn't Good Busy Practiced when our Health is on the Line! I'm on Social Security & I wondered if this has ever happened to them!! I don't want this happening to someone that doesn't drive & Gas is Expensive while We Support Ukraine! Came in for a drug test on Tuesday, silly me forgetting to check the times (even though my e-mail reminded me to) and showed up during the lunch hour. By the time I returned at 12:50 there was already a mini group waiting outside the door. Lee showed up promptly at 1 with a smile, made a joke, and opened the door. She knew one of the ladies waiting and greeted her by name - always a blessing when employees remember the folks coming through their doors. Inside Lee joined her partner at the front desk as we started signing in. They made it clear they were going to try to get the group of us through as fast as possible. We signed in, and went to sit on the chairs in the decently sized waiting room before we were called up for the test. Both employees did talk fast at times, and were very direct with what they needed you to do. It was clear they had said/done this a thousand times, yet felt more like they were just trying to be as efficient as possible. Once in the back - lock your things in the locker, do the deed, sign three papers saying you saw the employee seal up the said deed in a bottle, and you are on your merry way. Quick, easy, efficient. Very friendly but please don't go to the one in Lincoln, CA. The lady there Giselle was caught sleeping twice and is extremely lazy and will make excuses to get out from doing paper work and drawing blood. I came in and she told me I couldn't be processed. I asked to know why and she replies "because you don't have any information to give me". I told her to just ask and she replies " look we went through this before its something wrong with your paperwork go to Roseville they can do it." I had to coming over seven times to get my blood finally drawn( no exaggeration) because I had no vehicle to get to the Roseville Labcorp whom always processes my paper work and draws my blood just fine. While I finally got her to make some phone calls I caught her telling lie after lie and she had a horrible attitude with me. I told her I wasn't leaving until I find out why she can't draw my blood and all the other Lab Corporation have been for years. After a few hours the situation was finally resolved through a supervisor over the phone and the ok was given. I had to wait a long time while he slowly paced and made phone calls to her friends in between and talked about random stuff. I know she was mad to not have lunch with someone whom she had to call and complain about it wasn't going to happen on time. This women pulled the needle out of my arm and turned around to proceed to do something while I watch blood spurt out of my right arm. I had to yell and get her attention. She says "oops sorry" though it was obviously done on purpose. She was totally unprofessional, argumentative, and has to problem stating words or situations out of context in from of patients. I know she never wants to see my face again come into that facility and I am ok with it. Its not worth it. An unstable person like this working in the medical field can do anything to your specimen. THEY HAVE ALL THE FREEDOM TO DO WHAT THEY WANT. Although I like Labcorp alot, I am upset to know they have a person like this working for them. I give this place zero stars. The lady in the front took 20 minutes before she got started taking actual patients who were ready to be tested. She was rude, ignored the people waiting, and kept making phone calls that could have waited until she took in the crowd of people waiting. People began leaving because they were so fed up. I don't recommend coming to this location. Mainly because of the lady in the front. I hope her bosses see this and understand she is a liability to labcorp and not an asset. This was from a year and a half ago, but never got a chance to post it through the app. I'm curious if this lady still works there and has learned she's rude and needs to communicate with patients about the wait time, etc. read more

I tried to make an app't using the web site. After clicking through several pages and entering data (address of the LabCorp facility I wanted; date and time for app't, etc) I got an error, "The system is unavailable". Why couldn't the web site have given me this message before I entered all of the data?! So, I called the 855 # for making an app't. I was able to make the app't, but the automated system is very slow to work with. read more

meh. I wish my insurance covered sutter. this place is only open until 4pm. super inconvenient. I've allowed "student" phlabotomists to draw blood a few times... after being bruised and stabbed multiple times, I will only let the main lady draw my blood. personally if you can go elsewhere I would. also I did my prenatal glucose test here ... I asked if she needed a blood draw before I drink the yucky stuff she said no... then quickly realized after I started drinking it... she did need a pre-drink test. so she quickly took my blood. I'm not that picky but please it's medical stuff ... double check before you answer... saves me time and money and I don't need to have any mistakes cause my testing to be inaccurate.... read more

The service at the LabCorp on Santa Clara was terrible. The lady at the front counter was unfriendly and made it seem like the patients were inconveniencing her. She was the only person working so I understand that she had extra work but she just took her time and didn't seem to be in a rush at all. I waited over 45 mins to take a drug test that took 30 seconds. This was a terrible experience! read more

If you must use LabCorp, choose another location! Do not use the N Sunrise Ave location if you can help it. I have been twice, the first for a blood draw ordered by my doctor. The only person who works there (a rather rude woman who acts very inconvenienced to be doing her job) seemed very confused by my doctor's requisition form, but since I had been fasting for more than 12 hours, I wasn't in the mindset to question her.. I assume the best of people and that they know how to do their job. My mistake. After two months of waiting, my doctor never received the results, and I was never billed by my insurance. The long wait period prompted me to go in a second time to find out what happened to the results, and ask if the tests were ever actually processed. She told me that she couldn't find me in the system and gave a simple answer of "I don't know." I insisted she find out as these tests are very important to my treatment, so she pulled out the sign-in forms from several months back (to prove I was lying about ever coming in???), and sure enough, my name was on the sheet from two months prior, right on the day and time I said I was there. I insisted that she call the LabCorp "powers that be" to find out what happened to my results. They told her that they would resend the results to my doctor. The woman then told me to come to the back. I wasn't sure why this was, but after asking why, was told to where to put my personal belongings and to have a seat. I sat down in the chair and asked why she was redrawing my blood since that wasn't why I was there. I was simply there to check on my previous result status. After asking again why she was redrawing my blood for these same tests, she said "I don't know, you tell me." What??? I got up from the chair and said that I didn't know what she was talking about and that I only needed to find out the status of my previous results. I will never go to this LabCorp location again. I do not recommend this location with this employee. I prefer Quest any day. By the way, even after that second visit, my doctor still has not received the results, which LabCorp claimed they faxed... twice. Time will tell. I'm not confident. read more
