I went in with my 10 year old and Kathy was absolutely amazing! My son was definitely not looking forward to having his blood drawn. It was a bit of a battle prior to going in. Kathy was so gentle, kind, professional and just lovely to interact with. I could not have been more thankful for how much of a delight it was having my son under her care. Anyways, I don't write too many of these but felt compelled to share my great experience with her and the comfort she provided my son just by having such a nice personality. Quest is convenient and some of the staff are very friendly and professional. I appreciate having a reliable place to get my blood work done. The check-in process can sometimes be frustrating and take longer than expected, even when you've checked in ahead of time. My main concern is patient comfort during blood draws. I don't usually notice a bruise right away, but I often end up with bruising later. The tape or bandage is sometimes applied so tightly that it leaves a noticeable mark on my arm afterward. The blood draws can also feel rushed at times. I understand the staff are busy, but a little more gentleness and attention to patient comfort would make a big difference. Overall, Quest is convenient, but I would appreciate a more patient-centered experience during blood draws. read more

My hubs has been coming here since early 2000's. The staff here is always professional and friendly. They are really knowledgeable in their profession and always very patient. Hubs does the helpful kiosk check in. He's usually in n out in no time. read more

I had an 11:10 AM appointment, I arrived at 11:20 and the door was open, but the window was closed. I was in the process of doing the self check-in when a woman comes out and tells me, "We are closed"! I told her I had an 11.10 appointment. She said sorry we're closed. I asked her what time they closed and she told me 11:15 AM. She said to come back at 12:40. I went out to the car and brought up the website. They close for lunch at 11:30. This woman straight up lied to me. I went back in to show the other woman there the website with the hours posted. She said well, not for walk-ins!! I told her I had an appointment at 11:10 and that I was lied to. She said come back at 12:40 and I'll take you the first one in. Thanks a lot. I am disabled and had to get a caretaker for a ride. Very poor bedside manner for a health care provider to a patient. Very poor business practice to a "customer". read more

This lab is located near a residential neighborhood in Lincoln. They're located in the Lincoln Professional Center at suite 100. You can't see the sign when the door's open when you enter from the East side. Easy check-in via text message link, but I still did the alternative. Checked-in in via the facility's kiosk. Machine wasn't able to scan the QR code from the email so I typed in my phone number. Scanned my license and insurance card and waited for my name to be called. Waited over a half hour to have blood work. The office was dingy, dirty walls and floors, parking lot was disgusting. The tv display where it shows who is next in line was broken. To top it off my lab results still aren't in and it's been three days. read more

I would hate for this review to backfire but this has been the best experience I have had at a quest. Please just don't flood this office! Kathy was the phlebotomist that helped me and she was so fast and made the whole process seamless all while using distraction techniques to ease my anxiety around needles. I'll gladly forgo the 3 Roseville locations and drive 30 mins to this office in the future! read more

My son had an appointment for some blood work at 2:30pm we did the self check in at 2:20pm. They called us in 10 minutes the lady was very nice and attentive. She did an amazing job with my 7 year old . We were in and out pretty quickly . This is a small Quest but it gets the job done . This place is GREAT! I was a walk-in at 2:30, and this location closes at 3PM. There were a couple people in the room getting work done and there was a woman in the lobby waiting. I had an appointment yesterday, and it was one of the most awful experiences I have ever had at a quest. I had a 7:20am appointment and was instructed to arrive at 7:10, which I did. Upon entering there was no one at the desk, and both staff were in the appointment room with a patient. The door was open, but no one came out and acknowledged us in the lobby. People started to trickle in behind me and I could tell from overhearing the conversation happening in the draw room that the computers were down. The computers being down was not their fault. However, everything that happened after 100% was the fault of the staff. After sitting there for close to 20 minutes, one of the ladies finally poked her head out and said "we have computer issues, sorry." I asked if they could at least draw my blood because I had the paper ready and I had to leave for work. I was met with some attitude, but she told me to come back and sit down. The other woman, who's name was Barbara, started looking at my paperwork and spent about another 15 minutes clicking around on the computer, saying it still wasn't working. She then proceeded to ask me my name, because she said she couldn't read it on the paper. My last name is Fallahi-Marzooni, and and I said I would spell it for her because it's long. She said "well YEAH... clearly," with some heavy attitude. I spelled my full last name out loud, and the other woman who worked there turned around and exclaimed "What the heck?? Is that even a name?" This was extremely rude and unprofessional. It made me very uncomfortable, and she said it in front of another patient. I was then asked to begin filling out/ handwriting 6 labels with my DOB and name because "she just can't handle writing that long of a name that many times." I got through about 3 labels before being told she was going to check for my veins. I rolled my sleeves up, and Barbara huffed loudly and rolled her eyes and said "OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A TATTOO RIGHT THERE." I have a tattoo in the ditch of one of my arms, which she did not appear to be a fan of. This was also extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her she can use my other arm or my hand. The entire time I was back there she was loudly smacking on gum, which seemed like a health concern in a medical office. After about it another 20 minutes of them clicking around on computers, I ended up being passed off to the other woman for the blood draw. I will give the other woman the benefit of the doubt for the lack of communication and chalk it up to her having a bad day, as she said she had to euthanize her dog the evening before. Barbara was just plain unpleasant. What I will not excuse is making unwanted, unprofessional comments about an ethnic last name, or someone's appearance. This is inexcusable, and both of these staff should go through some type of sensitivity or inclusivity training. I will 100% not return to this location after being treated this way, and humiliated in front of other guests. Lincoln is a diverse city with people of varying races and ethnicities, and being made to feel uncomfortable because of your name is unacceptable. read more

One of the worst lab locations I have ever been to. They are nosey and have no business asking why certain tests are being done. Also, poor customer service. Will never go to this location again. read more

Slow service. The sign inside says that people with appointments get priority, but that is not true in practice. Expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes past your appointment time. Also, their billing department will bill you for things that are supposed to be covered by insurance. It's like a phishing scam. read more

The Lab opened on time and the 2 people working there were AWESOME! My appointment wasn't until later but they took me immediately! Both workers had an extremely professional attitude and their great sense of humor made me feel at ease! The young man (a total Ninja phlebotomist) who drew my blood had a great recommendation for my youngest child who has extreme difficulty with blood draws! Barb and Tom are an amazing duo! They are both soooo happy when they see patients. They are super professional and friendly. I hate getting my blood drawn but this place is amazing! They play relaxing music to ease any anxiety their patients may have. The lobby and bathrooms are super clean! They see sooo many patients and I really wished Quest would hire another person. At times the waiting room is bustling but Barb and Tom keep it together. Tips for this place is make sure to drink a bunch of water, schedule an appointment, and at times prepare to wait. I would also make sure to follow your docs directions for fasting! I honestly cant wait to come back and get my blood drawn here again! read more

I actually had a positive experience here if this is the place I'm thinking about. An older couple runs it and the phlebotomist was excellent with my veins. I could see the points made about her not being super talkative, but I'd take experience over a Chatty Cathy any day when it involves needles being stuck in to me. read more

Stoped by again and no difference, only one person taking blood and one on the counter to check you in. So eight people waiting....means 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. The people there look so unhappy while they waited. The person behind the counter did not look happy either! read more

Zero stars if I could. These people can't but anyone veins that come in there and then they ask the other to try. They then blame the patient for having small veins and not drinking a lot of water. They need to retire. Quest already has a bad name and this just makes it worse. read more

Worst Quest Diagnostics office I have ever been to. The man who runs the office is slow and indifferent. I was lectured when I arrived 20 minutes before they close and told to get there 30 minutes before the close in the future. It takes him longer to register people than any other office I have used. He is so slow it took him over 30 minutes to just get one person processed, two of us left after he never attempted to let us know how much longer we have to wait. read more

This place is the pits! People have been waiting over an hour just to get blood drawn. Only two people working in the office and the lady who draws blood takes 10 + minutes to call the next person after the previous customer left. She just moves from room to room shuffling paper in between customers. The man at the desk is really nice and I can't imagine coming to work everyday and being so pleasant while the 8-12 people in the waiting room are complaining about having to wait an hour or more. Lincoln is no longer a small town yet this office lives in the 50s and still thinks this is a one horse town. BTW, Once I got to the position to have my blood drawn the women was very surly. Not pleasant at all. I will never come back here and if you are reading this...find some other lab to go to! This place is a total time suck! read more

My only complaint is that they show all appointment times to be booked 24/7 online when you could walk in and get serviced in 5 minutes.
