I had an 11:10 AM appointment, I arrived at 11:20 and the door was open, but the window was closed. I was in the process of doing the self check-in when a woman comes out and tells me, "We are closed"! I told her I had an 11.10 appointment. She said sorry we're closed. I asked her what time they closed and she told me 11:15 AM. She said to come back at 12:40. I went out to the car and brought up the website. They close for lunch at 11:30. This woman straight up lied to me. I went back in to show the other woman there the website with the hours posted. She said well, not for walk-ins!! I told her I had an appointment at 11:10 and that I was lied to. She said come back at 12:40 and I'll take you the first one in. Thanks a lot. I am disabled and had to get a caretaker for a ride. Very poor bedside manner for a health care provider to a patient. Very poor business practice to a "customer".

Excellent service by Kathy. Assisted in taking my appointment in a last-minute situation. Assisted in all avenues of care and customer service.

This lab is located near a residential neighborhood in Lincoln. They're located in the Lincoln Professional Center at suite 100. You can't see the sign when the door's open when you enter from the East side. Easy check-in via text message link, but I still did the alternative. Checked-in in via the facility's kiosk. Machine wasn't able to scan the QR code from the email so I typed in my phone number. Scanned my license and insurance card and waited for my name to be called. Got in later than my appointment time but was in and out of the phlebotomy area within 5 minutes

Kathy knows her stuff. 40 years of experience and it shows. I'm a hard stick usually and she made it seem effortless. Thanks Kathy!

There's no sign on the building which makes it difficult to find. Staff was friendly but it is a long wait for walk-ins

After our blood work we met with Dr Campbell a few weeks later - my husband and I met him together…read moreand each had a 1 hour appointment and very personal journey through our extensive blood draw results and options to maximize our health at our age. The quality of care was amazing and I feel extremely blessed to be able to meet with a doctor with time and care for my questions. Once all of our questions were answered we were offered a list of options and supplements which I opted to try his advice. Can't wait to see the results!! We are currently month 1 in!! I will continue to update with the good and bad as our months progress.

After being a member for a year and spending more than $6,000 on membership fees, lab work, and…read moretesting, I can honestly say I feel no better than I did on day one. I came in with detailed notes, extensive prior testing, and a clear history of my symptoms. At first, I was hopeful because Sanaz seemed invested in helping me. Over time, however, that changed. At nearly every appointment, my symptoms were attributed to "stress," the blanket root cause when a doctor can't figure out what is wrong with you but doesn't want to refer you to someone more knowledgeable. When progress stalled, the recommendation was often additional expensive testing. Unfortunately, those results were rarely reviewed in meaningful detail, and I often felt I could have gotten a similar summary from AI. One of the biggest frustrations was that it took about eight months to recognize that I wasn't absorbing my transdermal hormones, even though my symptoms persisted and my lab values weren't improving. That delayed a treatment change that, should have been identified much sooner. The membership model also became frustrating. You pay a monthly fee, yet appointments with the physician are typically spaced 6-12 weeks apart, making progress feel unnecessarily slow. During appointments, it often seemed like little had been reviewed beforehand. I frequently had to remind Sanaz about previous discussions, medications, and even tests she had ordered. My final appointment was especially disappointing. Once I shared that I would not be renewing my membership, the tone of the visit changed dramatically. I felt dismissed, patronized, and was told she would not consider any of the treatment options I wanted to discuss because I only had three weeks of membership remaining. When I expressed that I felt the conversation had become unprofessional, she became downright rude and snarky. I also found it concerning when she explained that she has too many patients to keep track of everyone's care. As a patient paying a premium membership fee, I expected more personalized attention. The practice markets itself as functional, patient-centered medicine, but that was not my experience. Instead, I often felt unheard, dismissed, and left paying for an expensive membership without meaningful progress. Great sales pitch to get you signed on for a year but once you're in they don't care. I don't understand how they can feel good about what they do as medical professionals, I feel sick about the hard earned money and time I wasted there and the people I referred to them. Take your money elsewhere if you want to actually feel better, this place is no better than Sutter or Kaiser.

The pastor of the female unit later said 'they could if they wanted to'. It caused many complications. I was also legally married at the time but unsure of certain legal aspects of my marriage as I was underage at the time I was married, and the pastor claimed that 'my circumstances were too sketchy' so I was discharged from the program not one day after I graduated early from their Crisis Center and transferred to their long term center. They gave me a bed at their long term facility (which the bunks looked as if they were about to collapse on top of eachother), I set my suitcases down, and then they gave me a teleconference with the main pastor just for her to tell me that she was asking me to leave. They dropped me off at a Starbucks in Lincoln with all of my luggage in the middle of a shopping district where I had no idea where I was and the pastor gave strict orders to the driver that I was allowed to use their cell phone one time once I got their to call for a ride and then I was no longer allowed to. I had to walk around this shopping district in Lincoln for about four hours before I was able to make accomidations to get home, nearly three hours away. While I was at the Crisis Center where you are initially admitted, I was journaling to my husband in a diary but never sent the letters out, and when I came back from a family court meeting I had taken the notebook to write down notes in court, and they searched my possessions of course as I had to leave the premises and went through my notebook and made me throw my journaling away. I took the journal entries out to the dumpster but kept the rest of the notebook and not an hour later, three of the other girls came up to me and said that one of the live in volunteers had gotten a ladder and went in the dumpster and dug out the journal entries, as per request of the head pastor and failed to tell me. This place was miserable, and one of the "re-entries" had been leaving on a regular basis to go to doctors in the local area to get prescription painkillers. For someone that is trying to heal both physically and mentally, it was very hard to be around someone drooling and nodding off on the couch. As well as one of the volunteers leaving daily and coming back smelling heavily of cigarettes when the 'students' are not allowed to have any nicotine. This establishment is the closest thing to a modern day cult like establishment that I could ever think of. It destroyed a very big part of my life and I truly hope that nobody else endures what I did and what I had seen while I was there.
