She just looked at me and expected me to accept that advice and walk out! When I asked if I was going to be charged for this waste of time of a visit, they said "Yes"! Incredible, they didn't offer any treatment just told me to go to the hospital and collect $$. I'm going back to Total Access Urgent Care -- at least they DO SOMETHING! Edit: I went to Total Access Urgent immediately afterwards and all i can say is WOW! The quality of service, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were just incredible! The hooked me up with an IV, gave me some medication that made my stomach feel better, and then did a CT scan to look at my stomach for any problems. They took my urine and blood to do analysis. They gave me medication to make me feel and get better. They told me to call immediately if i start feeling worse. This place actually cares about its patients.

Woke up feeling terrible and decided I needed to see a doctor. I checked in for my appointment and…read morewas able to get in within about an hour and a half of waking up. There were some issues with my insurance, but the front desk staff helped resolve everything quickly. Dr. Glaser was great and very efficient. She assessed me right away and got me the help I needed. They even provided on-the-spot medicine for all of my issues.

I had a little trouble trying to work the check-in screen & a tech came out and said, "I see you are having some trouble, let me help!" Then when my time came, a different tech came out and was super pleasant. While checking me in, another patient had a mini problem & she went to help him (after apologizing to me for my wait). She was so kind to the senior citizen (who was embarrassed) and put him at ease. My visit was easy, fast and the techs were wonderful. Maybe they have an entire new staff from the group others were complaining about. My experience couldn't have been better!
