This is the worst place I had ever been to. They have super long line waiting for tests. The waiting room has about 10 chairs and everyone else, at least another 50 people, are waiting in a long line in the hallway. The technicians are rude yelling at the sick patients waiting in line against the wall like sardines in a can. They are sick, weak, old and children. No compassion for anyone the rudeness took over. Had to come here for drug testing for a new employer. Drug testing is 12-2. I had previously called repeatedly to try to obtain an appointment but they didn't answer the phone. You can't make an appointment on their website unless you have a login for your normal healthcare labs. When I arrived there were 10 people down the hallway and more than 40 sitting in the lobby. There are barely any signs when you get to the fifth floor so go to # 510. You can tell the other places have had issues as they all have signs up staying "THIS IS NOT LABCORP!!". If you are here for drug testing you are not allowed to leave the lobby so you have to stand against a wall. If I wasn't being forced to come here for employment I would never return here again. They just told a new patient it was more than an hour and a half for a blood draw. A girl has been here more than an hour and just fainted because there are not enough seats in the lobby. This place is a nightmare. Either not enough staff or needs serious management restructuring. read more

Such a horrible experience, I went in for a job screening but felt more like a convict on probation. I had an appointment for 1:30 but was not seen until 1:45 pm. I tried to tell the person who setup my appointment on the phone I have a medical card and would like to provide it. She assured me a medical review officer will ask me for it once they call me to go over my results. I still took my prescription with me at the time of my appointment, I tried to provide it to the lady at the front desk when i checked in and told her about my med card. she declined to take it and told me the the medical review officer will give me a call to review the results with me, and then I can provide my prescription medical card to them. When I was seen to do the test, I asked the doctor if I can provide her my medical card/prescription to her, she advised me that a medical review officer will give me a call to review my test results with me and at that point, I can provide them your prescription/medical card. After my test I called the number listed for medical review officer and their automated phone system mention the same thing that the medical review officer will give me a call to review my test results with me, and then I will have the opportunity to present my prescription. That never happened, my results were just sent to the employer. I was never given an opportunity to provide my prescription medical card. Now this ruined my opportunity for a new job. Why would you not allow a person to provide their prescription/medical card and lie about the process, saying a MRO will call me and give me a chance to provide me medical card. I was never given that opportunity. When I called back to speak with someone about this, the representative was very rude and could care less. When I told them, they cost me a job. read more

My experience with this location has been nothing but positive. I have had my blood drawn several times, each one was a Saturday appointment. Very easy to schedule appointment on the website, And didn't have to wait more Than 5-10 to get seen. Phlebotomist each time was friendly, welcoming and very professional. The staff is rude, they complain about their jobs and the patients at the top of their lungs while yelling back and forth, they yell at you if u want to ask any questions, they dont bother checking with your insurance and make you call the ins if u need pricing, they act like everyone has lepracy while in the waiting room and throw their hands up in distgust if u try to hand them your blood work order, they lock us in the waitingroom and yell at people who dont know how to get to the second exit door after blood has been taken..demeaning, inhumane, you name it!!! Not recommended at all!! Best going to quest diagnostics accross the street. Let me elaborate; i arrived 15mins before my appt, checked in, but my ten yr old son was with me. I was told by staff that he couldn't wait in lobby. The line for registration was at least ten people long(some with lil kids) mind you this location is inside a medical building/5th floor with other medial suites in the same halfway. This is a fire hazard for one because no one stays in a straight line. Some people sitting on the floor, some were against the wall on one side, some leaning on the opposite side of the hallway just clearing the doors. I figure he can wait for me along with everyone else outside when she tells me he cant wait for me in the hall either. He wasnt in school therefore had to take him with me. She rather i take him downstairs to the car and roast while others hang out with their kids. I asked for an ETA because at this point it was past my appt time and i need to know how long my son would be unattended. She didnt not provide me that neither did she care. She continued to say pre-employment screens are done alone and i understand but ive never seen anyone say or seen where it says no one can wait outside for while you provide urine!!! All this time a lady was called in and had a little one with her. Honestly i feel discriminated against. The enployee who checked me in was the rudest and seemed bothered by me and my inquiries. The line was very long and they were due to close in less than two hours meaning the overbook carelessly. They dont care about anyone time, safety, or our rights as human beings as they make up the most ridiculous rules by the day and to save their behinds obviously. I say they need to move out of that building or get shut down. So unprofessional. I ended up leaving bcuz it was fifteen mins past my appt time and that's too long of a time while being ignored while my baby was made to leave. I wont stop at this post is all im saying. Often crowded, especially first thing in the morning when they open, but they are efficient and quick. My doctor sends me here to get my blood taken whenever they are checking my health. The phlebotomists here are well experienced and always finish taking my blood so quickly that it surprises me. No double or triple tries to find my veins-first try gets it every time. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they are SO crowded sometimes with sick and coughing people that the wait can be a little unnerving. read more

I absolutely love this location! The staff is always so pleasant and polite. I've been coming to this location since they were down the hall in STE 517. All the staff is great but there is one staff who is absolutely AMAZING! Gay W, she has drawn blood from my whole family! Even years ago when I was pregnant she was there. She is courteous and professional and is definitely an asset to Lab Corp. It's obvious that she loves her job and she's not doing it just for a pay check. She cares about her patients and it shows in her work. She is quick, precise, and gets the job done! She's even great with kids! My 9 year old was afraid to get blood work done but Gay's calming voice and reassurance made all the difference in the world. My daughter said if she has to come back next year, she only wants Gay to help her. I'm thankful for employees like her. I wish I could clone her! read more

I went to lab corp recently. Positives were that the employees were wearing masks and the waiting room wasn't that full. Negatives were the chairs aren't spaced for social distancing and the waiting area is very small. Given the social distancing recommendations I would think a healthcare lab would have made changes. They do have an option to check in when you park and wait until they are ready. I did this but still had to wait in the waiting room for a few minutes and this is with an appointment. I felt annoyed over that, why tell me to come in when they weren't ready for me? And there was a lady coughing in the waiting room. The lab tech was nice but he called two of us patients in the same small lab room at once...we were not six feet apart. Then he asked me my private identifying info with the other patient there-like my DOB And address! This definitely isn't taking precautions for HIPPA. read more

Last Friday I submitted a drug screen at LabCorp in San Bernardino for a job application. I followed all the protocols and notified Certiphi screening as directed. On Tuesday I learned I had been listed as a no show. However I was able to assist them to locate my specimen. Another two days and the specimen has not been received at their lab. After it is received if I am on Rx it will be assigned to an MD. The MD will phone me to get a photo of my Rx. It seems like it will be a few more days before I am cleared for my new job. I would have rated LabCorp with ZERO stars for not delivering the specimen eight days after it was submitted. Maybe the state should investigate their incompetency. Several times in the past I have submitted drug screening and never until now has there been any delay-and no MD has ever needed to contact me. If you need to go to LabCorp, when you phone the number to report the data needed within an hour following submission of the drug screen-BE SURE to TALK to a PERSON and record their name. read more

The employees here are good. You have to listen for your name because the receptionists call you with a low voice. The phlebotomists are great. The only problem I have going here is that the members come with family members and take up all the seats. There are signs all over which clearly state that if you are not the patient you should wait outside. The waiting room is small and the seats are for the patients. When brought to the attention of the receptionists they just make a statement from their seat and you can barely hear them unless your sitting right near them. They should come out to the waiting area and make that clear. Today an elderly man pushing his walker (w/out a seat) holding his oxygen tank had no place to sit and nobody offered him their seat. There were about 7 family members of patients taking up seats. Thank God I have a walker with a seat. Some people are just so inconsiderate. read more
