The front of the building is all business, but the back side is all houses on either side. The parking lot, which has one-way traffic is almost always horrendous. The morning wait is terrible. At least an hour. Be prepared to wait with kids running around, babies crying & moms drinking thick liquid, making a "stink face". The staff is average, nothing to do cartwheels over. They sometimes have students who draw blood from you, but rest assured, they have to tell you they're a student in advance. So if you're not a fan, you have the chance to say no. They completely shut down for lunch, even if the waiting room is full, and mornings move at a snail's pace until suddenly staff rush everyone through with loud, unfriendly commands like it's a county service line. If you're overbooked, why are kiosks still allowing people to sign in? If you're at capacity, why not communicate that upfront? It's basic customer service and public health. Having sick or fasting patients waiting this long without clear direction is not just inefficient -- it's inhumane. Someone needs to step up and actually supervise this location. Right now, it feels like no one is in charge, and the people coming in for care are the ones paying the price.
