Smiles and "Good Morning!" from every staff member she interacted with or passed within the facility. The technician (mom thinks her name was "Ida"), went above and beyond as there was an issue with the prescription mom brought with her. Ida called mom's physician's office, staying on hold for several minutes, then corrected the situation and carefully took care of mom. Top notch guys --Thank You for treating my mother as if she were your mother!

For walking in For drop off people they have to also take an appointment and they were on the other numbers to be call. They never called those numbers. 3 persons left without dropping their stuff. They don't care ànd gave me a card for a suppervisor Ashley Zavala ànd told me that she will tell her supervisor to put in the checkout machine that if you don't have appointment you can leave . That I will wait here forever. I explained. You are telling me to leave ? She says no I just telling my supervisor that idea. I called yesterday and arrived super early, thinking that it would be flooded with patients, but to my surprise - it was just me. I presented my order to the receptionist - who quickly took my information. Within 5 minutes, the phlebotomist called me back and my labs were complete. This facility is so clean, efficient, and the staff is so kind. To my knowledge - they do PT, lab draws, and imaging there. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and need any of these services through BayCare, I highly recommend this facility!

They don't start drawing blood until 8:30 a.m. (They told me when I got there at 8 a.m.) Also, my boyfriend and I recently had our blood drawn three days before our Dr's appts. Results were not sent to the Dr's Office so had to reschedule appts.. Dr. told me they don't recommend this place to their patients.

In February, when I got the results from Life Line Screening, I could not understand the result digits and called the phone number listed on the paperwork. I spoke to the respondent who recorded my phone # and promised me to pass it on to the right person. No one called me back. Today, 3/5/2020, I called again and left a message with another staff member. I did not get back any phone call. Then I called my credit card and disputed the charge. I do not plan to use that health provider any longer which became too big to accommodate their customers.

I asked that she be removed from their system, as she's in an assisted living facility and is not competent to enter into any contacts. I've now discovered that they're again contacting her on her cell phone and setting up appointments for tests. This company is clearly taking advantage of those who are unable to protect themselves, and I plan to notify the Florida Attorney General's office.
