Good work but the staff is surly. I have been there more than once and they are just not the nicest but you will not feel the needle!

I have had blood drawn a few times in the past month by Ms. Fran and had the best experience considering I hate needles, she is very friendly, funny and good at her job. There was very little pain, and I was in and out in 15 minutes, will definitely refer this location to any friends that need blood work. Ms.Fran is an exceptional worker and just a nice person all the way around inside and out. People like her are hard to find these days in the professional world. Been a few times. Usually quick but sometimes the computer system is weird with checking in for walk-in/appointment. I've had Kate every time I've been here and she's awesome! Gentle hands, great demeanor and quick to laugh or quip back at you. Even when it's busy she's lovely- calm, cool, and collected. read more

I have never been so upset nor have I ever wrote a review negative or positive. This is one I am willing to do. Today I went to labcorp in westminster, Washington heights, I told the tech that I wanted to not have my blood taken in the top part of either arm because they did the before and it hurt for two days. The reaction I received was, " I will give you the needle and you can take it your self". What kind of techs are you hiring.? I own two businesses in Carroll County and if one of my employees said that to my customer I would fire them on site. Whoever you are you should be ashamed of yourself for being so self centered and callous. I have my blood taken every 6 months and will take my arms somewhere else. read more

This was the worst blood drawing experience I've ever had. I had scheduled an appointment online and when I got there I checked in at the kiosk but it didn't ask if I had an appointment. I'm assuming it knew because it didn't ask. I just waited because I wasn't in a huge rush. I got my name called and went up and the receptionist (not sure what her actual title was) was very sweet and I told her I had made an appointment and she says "oh! Why didn't you say so, we will call you back next". I just let it be and went to sit down again. The nurse calls me back and I had started to take off my coat and sweatshirt when she is gesturing me to sit down with her hand on her hip like I'm some kind of inconvenience; needless to say I hurried up and threw my coat and sweatshirt in the chair and scurried to the other blood drawing chair. She asks me to make a fist, yada yada. I have never had a hard time with people finding my veins but this lady was having some major trouble. She poked the needle in and when it didn't immediately shoot blood she stuck it in further and then pulled back out more. Then she started to move the needle PARALLELLY (I don't think it's a word) inside of my arm, twisting it back and forth like she was making a damn snow angel in there. I started to feel a little anxious and I began to kick my legs, started to sweat and my face was getting hot and finally my blood came out. The whole time she says nothing. She wraps the tape so tightly all the way around my arm it pinched my skin. My arm was very sore in that area from the middle of my forearm to my inner elbow. I was left with a bruise from her digging around in my arm that was about the size of a mandarin orange. It lasted for two and a half weeks. I will never go here again and I don't at all recommend that you do. I still get queasy thinking about it. read more

Extremely rude and authoritative woman behind the counter. Get a new job if you hate yours so bad.

I went in to Labcorp for a pre-employment drug screen, and my experience was less than stellar. I guess I can't really expect a fantastic experience from a place like this but mine was still lacking. Most Labcorp locations allow you to schedule an appointment time, so I took advantage of that after finding one single appointment left for today! However, after arriving promptly at 12:00pm for my 12:15pm appointment, I was called for check in around 12:30 and not called back for my testing until 12:50. Everyone on the list in front of me that did not schedule an appointment was called before me. I just don't understand the point of having the options for appointments if they're just going to ignore them anyway. The lady who administered my test was super nice and funny, and made the experience a little less annoying. She was the only good part though. If you go here for anything just beware that it may take longer than expected, even if you schedule an appointment ahead of time. read more

I had routine labs drawn and the tech that checked me in as well as drew my labs was rude, nasty and condescending. I have worked in healthcare over 30 years and never experienced such blatant disrespect. NEVER AGAIN. The place doesn't even deserve 1 star read more

The staff is rude, not friendly at all. Can't even get your drug test done till 10 even though they're open at 7am because apparently you need a specialist to pee in a cup. read more
