So I don't get where you people are coming from. I have never had a bad experience here. The were so good with my son who had blood drawn. He was so scared. They made him feel safe. I my self had blood drawn this morning they were fast. They were friendly. It is so easy. No pain! Awesome service. read more

This place attempted to charge me 700 dollars for my labs after being sent there by my endocrinologist. They did not inform me that my insurance did not cover them, instead they had me sign a form stating I'm liable if insurance doesn't cover it. When I spoke with insurance and confirmed it was not covered, my endocrinologist canceled the whole lab process and asked them to dispose of the blood they drew. These people said okay, but still processed my labs and are now trying to charge my insurance 121 dollars for their mistake. It has been very stressful dealing with them and this has been going on for over a week, and now I am told that I will most likely have to file a claim with them so they do not pull money out of my account. read more

Supposed to be open at 8:00 on Saturday. 10 people were standing waiting in line outside for important medical tests and no one had shown up by the time I left to go to another location at 8:45. Beyond unprofessional. read more

This place is terrible, they don't know what they are doing. I had blood drawn for a STAT lab on 7/12 and it is LOST. It is not on the patient website and they didn't fax to my physician. I now have to go get it redone somewhere else. I would definitely go somewhere else! read more

Due to them LOSING my bloodwork, (Tests that I needed to have done within a certain timeframe) I can no longer proceed with the medication that I was taking. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at LapCorp. If you have the ability to do so, go to another lab! read more

Do NOT use LabCorp unless you absolutely must. There needs to be negative ratings because this company does not deserve even 1 star. No one answers the phone, or returns a message-EVER. The website does not work for downloading results. No amount of patience will work. You will just spend time listening to their lousy recording over and over until it disconnects. Awful, rude staff- not just to me, but to a sweet 85 year old lady that was just trying to communicate with them. So disgusted by their "customer service". The two workers were childishly fighting between themselves. They are good at drawing blood, but I always feel intimidated that their hostile attitude will carry over and they will hurt me. I could not believe the poor customer service I received by the man at the check in desk. He was rude, condescending and out right lied about the credit card "policy. He told me I had to give them my credit card in order to get my blood drawn. I told him I didn't want to and to bill me. ( yes, I have health insurance). I have never had to do this in the past. Yes they "REQUEST" your card but I have never been turned down for not handing it over. He told me to leave and go somewhere else. So I called the Labcorp customer service number and Indeed I was right!! They do not require you to give your credit card to them. She said that he should not have demanded the card and there was no policy requiring you to do so! He was a big liar! and he didn't just lie to me! NOOO they apparently get points for taking your card information. He got the guy behind me too! That gentleman called it extortion! Not far from the truth. I am not done with him yet, I plan on following up on this lab and my friend behind the desk. In short do not give them your card. If they demand have them call their supervisor or better yet corporate office! Pretty bad when it is more of a pain to deal with the staff then to have your blood drawn. read more

The front desk personnel should be fired. Is there any call for this level of rudeness? If you hate your job so much, do something else for a living. I will refuse to endure these nasty women for any future testing. I have no idea how they are to actually work with on blood draws ect. The receptionist was curt and unfriendly. I had to wait til my turn just to drop off a specimen... when I asked why, she could not give me a good explanation of the process. This is a waste of time an energy. Had to wait 25 minutes just to drop off a specimen. read more

To begin with, the suite number listed for this office both online and in the email confirmation I received are incorrect. There is no suite 190 listed in the building. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist told me she had no record of my lab orders. I showed her the lab orders in an email i had on my phone, which she said was insufficient. She said I would need new lab orders faxed over by my doctor. I tried calling my doctor, but she was unavailable, so I asked the receptionist if I could forward the email containing the lab orders that had been sent both to me and to Labcorp. She told me they had to be faxed because they had no way to print from an email. Finally I emailed the lab orders to a friend with access to a fax machine, and she faxed them to the office. This worked, and I was allowed to have my blood drawn. (The technician who did this was professional and friendly.) Not sure if somehow the office really can't print from an email, or if the receptionist was just being thoroughly unhelpful, but either way, I was unimpressed. I took the time off to go to the appointment, and almost didn't get to have the work done. The information my friend provided via fax was identical to that which I would have forwarded by email, so not sure what the issue really was, but an office that can't or won't print lab orders from an email (on which they were originally copied) is inefficient at best. read more

Don't come here on a Saturday. I arrived here at 8:30 and my doctor said I needed to have my blood draw by 10 am. I was just told at 9:15 that their computer was down and she was the only one here and it wasn't going to happen. They are totally understaffed and not prepared. read more

I have never reviewed LabCorp but felt compelled to today, because of the horrible way they treat me. I've used this office for several years now, and it has only gotten worse and worse. Generally I would need to go in every couple of weeks, then maybe once a month, now a bit less. Every time I would go in, always new people in the office, which is no big deal. But one woman in particular is about the rudest woman to work in a front desk position. Not only is she super unfriendly never saying a kind thing to me, but she and I argue. One particular test I have done often is Electrolytes. I've been told NOT to let the labs use a tourniquet because it can affect the results of the test. This woman will argue and argue with me about using the tourniquet, when I know it CAN be done and isn't detrimental to the test. She acts like I'm asking her to commit a felony the way she carries on. And not only do we argue, then she will act really ANGRY at me. It happened again today, difference woman but same attitude. All I'm asking is please leave off the tourniquet to draw the blood. Not that big of a deal. Other LabCorp offices don't have a problem with it, why should she. Also, it took 1 hour from when I went in to when I got out at my visit today. In spite of the Patient Express check in, they are just as unorganized as they always have been. They never seem to have enough people although they often seem to be training people, they never stay there. Maybe it is because of the snotty woman I mentioned. Quest labs is just done the hall, and I've decided to go there instead, even though it costs more. The headaches and raised blood pressure I have coming out of this LabCorp just isn't worth saving a few dollars. read more

My wife has had her blood drawn three times here. They have generally been able to draw with one stick, which is nice as she has challenging veins. Not once has anyone said hello, and all the techs have been unfriendly. read more

I have been having blood draws for 1 1/2 years now,with no sign of stopping. I find the employees to be very helpful and considerate. Only one time was it a painful experience. Sometimes, there is a wait, but for the most part in and out in about 20 to 30 minutes. Not bad, considering I wait that long a my doctors office and I have an appointment there! read more
