Then Eric mentioned if I love the Sterling brand Cab, I should try "balduccis" brand. I took it home...and BAM! Now I'm hooked on balduccis cab, and even better it's a few bucks less expensive. Now when ever I come in the store Eric has a bottle of Balduccis cab, and something new for me to try. Also Eric let's me know what new "hard to find" beers are in, and points out the direction of the fresh NEB Seahag. Thank you Eric for being a constant in a inconsistent crazy world.

I thought perhaps CT had moved on from the stupidity of making stores close at 8:00. Then I had to go because there were only seven reviews but all were 1 star. I had to see for myself. My experience Young guy politely asks if he can help. I tell him what I'm looking for. He checked and they don't carry it. Fine I'll browse. He starts to hover around me a little bit. Probably wouldn't have been so obvious if there were other customers in the store. Little annoying but I'm used to it. I tend to dress in old jeans or cargo shorts and flip flops. I guess I give off the impression of someone that doesn't belong in Greenwich. Pricing was very much inline with what I would expect to pay in a retailer pretty much anywhere. Points for that. I bought a few bottles ~$25. Only 1 of the purchases was I familiar with but I was thrilled to see it on the shelf and at a price I was paying 10 years ago. On the way out I caught the profile of someone up in an elevated loft/office that I suspect was the reason for the hovering. Maybe Greenwich has a lot of shoplifting. Try not to be dissuaded by the 1 star reviews. If you're in the area go check it out for yourself. I hope you enjoyed the short story. I must be bored.
