They have a great selection. I sometimes don't like that they are choosy about what they take, but as a buyer, it's great.

I have been consigning and shopping at both Labels stores for over 10+ years. Under previous ownership it was a well-oiled machine. The employees were professional and always good customer service with a smile. You could tell Sage took pride in her stores and actually interviewed her employees before hiring them. At that time Labels got a 5-star review from me... Under new ownership, there has been a shift in employee base. Yesterday my mother-in-law and I experienced TERRIBLE customer service from an employee. She seemed bothered that she had to check us out. No small talk or smile. I asked her a simple question, and it must have been out of her "script" because I got a long blank stare and then a condescending tone. A couple of other times shopping there the customer service was "lackluster" at best but not outright rude like this one incident. Other than this one bad experience I will come back. The good outweigh the bad. read more

I haven't been shopping at Label's for about 5 years. I stopped at the Northwest Label's and as soon as I walked in the door, I discovered they had expanded their selection. They probably did this years ago but I had no idea. They have some very cute housewares that included Fiestaware. They had an awesome collection of quality hair and face products that came with a decent price, that was much cheaper than retail. I saw various animals accessories, computer tablets and a nice jewelry selection. My favorite items on consignment were the large variety of Shoes and Boots to choose from. I didn't care for most of the clothing I saw but I did notice a large selection of plus size clothing, which I thought was great. I only wish this store had a larger selection of clothing and more variety. This is my second review after many years and I still think it's a great places to shop read more

Warning: this review is from a shopper only, I cannot speak on how it is to sell through Labels. Looking for work clothes is never easy and spending tons of money on them is always hard for me to do, so I thought I'd try Labels. I cannot say enough good things about the selection, employees and layout of these stores! Every time I have gone I walk out with an armload of pre-loved items. I find both professional and casual clothes here as they take in all kinds of items. They also have a small housemates section, and if you are up to it, very minimally used beauty and perfume items. Best part is, if you don't find anything at one location, the other one has an entirely new selection! read more

I go here literally once a week to check out the new findings. They honestly do a great job sorting through their consignments and keeping quality as the priority. Prices are great. prices are very middle of the ground. there are a few quality and trendy items, but honestly most are very outdated. 2016 core at its best. there were some home goods which were nice! but the prices aren't the best. read more

Recent reviewers are clear outliers and their comments are so far from the Labels reality it's ridiculous. My wife has been shopping at Labels for many years and I'm always blown away by how much money she saves and what great stuff she finds there, all while thinning out her closet regularly to drop stuff off at Labels to consign. It's a wonderful re-use system! If there were a Labels for men I would totally shop there! As for the staff and the owner, I've accompanied my wife there numerous times, have met the owner, and everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. Could someone working there be having a bad day one day, and as a result be less than friendly? Of course, people are people. Is that what Labels is like on a regular basis? Of course not. read more

I'm mostly a buyer. I usually shop for clothes and sometimes shoes at this location. Honestly I've had more success at their Northwest store, but its still worth a look here. The staff here is a mix of hidden, unfriendly and snobbish. Meh. The prices can't be beat though and every month a different coloured tag is 50% off. read more

I love Labels. I live in the Seattle area, and we have many good consignment stores. The best consignment stores are quite pricey though. I think of Labels as a better consignment store with decent prices. It is probably my favorite one to be honest. They have a great selection of trendy clothes, shoes, jewelry, and homeware. I ALWAYS find something when I stop by. The homeware section reminds me of the stuff you see on pinterest. This place isn't dirt cheap like some stores like Goodwill though. Most of the shirts I get are around $10. I also sell here. Their selling process is fairly easy. I usually don't have to wait too long, and if I do I browse or come back. You have an account and when your item sells they credit your account. You don't get the money right away, but it is always a nice suppressive when you go in and have 25 bucks. They are somewhat selective in what they take, but they usually always take something. You can leave the rest to be be donated if you want. Just check it out. You won't be sorry. read more

Always a surprise in store for you at Labels! Anticipate an array of fabrics, silhouettes, and styles in a wide variety of sizes. Prices are reasonable. A veritable treasure trove of garments, shoes, jewelry, and handbags is waiting to be discovered at the James street as well as the Northwest location. And did I mention collectibles, housewares and home decor? Oh, my! Next time, bring in your clean, folded cast-offs to consign and earn some money while you browse through all the bargains. You never know what you might stumble upon! I have traded in Prada shoes, Nanette Lepore dresses, and Coach handbags and come home with YSL pants, a Gerard Darel sweater and the cutest 1950's vintage plaid Pendleton wool skirt, to name only a few of my fabulous finds. I have been a regular shopper and consignor since Labels opened about 15 years ago. I now tend to shop their other location even though this location is close to home. On my most recent trip they took none of the items I brought in. I drove to the Northwest location and they eagerly took them all. Two days later the sale of these items appeared on my account so they were clearly popular. I will continue to be a regular...like many consignment it is hit and miss. I loved Labels when I went to Western in 2005-2010, and now--no kidding--I make the drive from Seattle every few months to drop things off and browse around (and maybe hit up Casa for a potato burrito, let's be honest). Nothing makes me happier than to see a savvy, woman-owned, local business like this thrive. Finally stopped into this great thrift/consignment shop in Bellingham, across from T.J's. after I apparently sat on a purple crayon or some such inky thing. I didn't find what I was looking for, (replacement) non denim pants, but I did see a lot of good items. It's somewhat lacking in the housewares dept. but not bad and a great variety of items. I have been shopping at labels for years now and both locations are fantastic. Parking is tight, but worth it! They are easy to work with on consignments and very organized. Plenty of fitting rooms and organization by sizes. I am glad that they offer plus size as well! Love love love Labels!! read more

In short: I absolutely love love Labels! This store is a great place to find a variety of good quality clothing for very reasonable pricing. I have found workout, work place, casual and dressy clothing all at Labels for the same price of two shirts from a store at the mall. The housewares section is quickly becoming one of my favorite places as well. I have found decorative pillows, a mirror, frames, glassware and funky chairs for such a great deal. I know I have saved so much money than if I had gotten the same items at a furniture store. I am very glad that I stopped into this store and discovered how great it is. Labels gives new purpose to clothing that other people do not need anymore- which I think is such a great idea! Recycle, repurpose and eliminate unnecessary garbage in the landfill. I recently consigned some of my clothing here and the customer service was fantastic. The two gals behind the counter were friendly, fair and made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this clothing and housewares store to anyone looking for a great place to shop, a fun atmosphere, and a fun treasure hunt! read more

Labels came to the rescue after a frustrating day coming home empty handed from the mall. I have been searching for a pair of semi-water proof (nothing suede or cloth) flats and was not having any luck. Into Labels I went, and ta-da! Found a $4 pair of ballet flats, the kind I have been searching high and low for...in my size! I also took home a (brand new looking) adorable black dress for $8.99. I was in a rush so would have loved to peruse more - can't wait to come back and see what else I find for a great deal. Kudos to having plus-sized racks and a good portion of XL tops for us ladies who have been overly gifted in the chest. read more

After going to Trader Joe's, I went into the Label's store and was really pleased with the quality of clothing, assortment, prices, cleanliness and atmosphere. For the second time in a year, I brought clothing to Labels. After looking over ten coats, they accepted one that they said was "old-fashioned and may not sell." The others were "too worn." That's exactly what they said on the previous visit. These coats were like new. If they said, "We don't think they will sell," I'd be fine. But the stock line "too worn" is ridiculous. I took the coats to another consignment store where 80% were accepted. read more

This is in response to the owner's recent comments and our emails. After this, I'm done with the back-and-forth. I absolutely DID bring the new jeans into the store; they were in a pile of other jeans headed to alterations. When I went to the alterations place, and saw the Paige jeans were missing (after having just dropped off a large amount of clothing to be consigned at Labels), I immediately went back. They WERE gone. And the employees were not particularly apologetic or helpful or concerned. No one offered to put me in contact with a manager or the owner. The concern really only surfaced after my one-star review. I didn't post a review until several months later, upon the urging of a friend. Yes, I should have posted my review immediately. On that point, I'll agree with you. I didn't outwardly accuse anyone of anything. I simply stated the facts. I dropped the new jeans off by mistake, went back to get them, and they had vanished.
