Instead, everything just sat in their internal database with no movement or communication unless I reached out first. I expected a staffing agency to actively match candidates with employers, but the process felt passive and unhelpful. It didn't provide any real progress toward finding a job, and I felt like my time and effort went nowhere. I hope they improve their follow‑through and communication with applicants.

I was lied to not once, not twice, nor three times, but multiple times by Andrew and Ryan. They are only out to make commission on you, because, well, that's how's they make their salary. At least Preference and Express work with you to make sure you and the company that hires you are a good match. They were good at communicating, so I give them that, but they lie through their teeth to make sure no lawsuits hit them, or they themselves get fired. They also withheld information - such as many people are unaware, that if you are full-time and are employed through them for a certain period, you get one day of PTO use. I never knew that. I always had to ask. They need to be more upfront with their employees, but no, they want to withhold that information so they don't have to pay you, especially if you quit, get fired, or actually need a day to use. This company is nothing more than a scam. The website says they will scan through 100 resume to…read morework on yours but that does not work on reality. They have offshore team who does most of the actual work. Their standard is very low they just take your resume and turn the words around not making much improvement. After making all the resume changes I would not get any interviews for months and asking them to revamp it again would just cause more delay tactics. Shortcuts and long promises do not waste your money here.
