Instead, everything just sat in their internal database with no movement or communication unless I reached out first. I expected a staffing agency to actively match candidates with employers, but the process felt passive and unhelpful. It didn't provide any real progress toward finding a job, and I felt like my time and effort went nowhere. I hope they improve their follow‑through and communication with applicants.
