The tape started to come off in less than a year. Kevin said he would do the job over at no cost to me but I had to bring the RV back down to FL. I told him I didn't have a spot to put it in my storage area and that I would like a refund back to get it done in Indiana. He said, " where do you want me to send the check?" I gave him the address but I never received it. I called Karen to find out when it was sent. She told me that Kevin sent the check but I never got it. I called, left messages but received no callback. Karen said she didn't have access to the account to check if the check was sent or access to the account. Now they are ghosting me. They will be seeing me in court. ​

Then they refused to provide any findings report. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered until they finally sent a worthless invoice that basically said "nothing to see here." I used them once for a repair and it was fine, but their inspection service is a complete joke. Skip them entirely and find a proper RVIA-certified inspector who will actually do the job. This was money thrown away.
