And yes, it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Urken spent at least thirty minutes with me. He was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. I never felt rushed. He listened carefully and explained everything in a way that made me feel both informed and comforted. Afterward, his physician assistant, Jackie, spent another half hour reviewing my medical records in detail to ensure complete accuracy. That kind of thoroughness is rare. I felt they truly cared about getting every detail right. Dr. Urken is not only a highly skilled surgeon, he approaches medicine with humanity and compassion.
