What made the situation even more frustrating was being told repeatedly that I was "next" to be seen, only to watch other patients who arrived after me and had later appointment times get called back first. When I asked about it, the explanations I received from the staff were inconsistent and didn't match what I had personally observed. Rather than acknowledging the excessive wait time and poor communication, I felt like I was being given excuses. The doctor's explanation only added to my frustration and did not address the actual issue. In fact, he took an incredibly rude attitude toward me when I inquired politely about it.
