To accommodate those in wheelchairs (or for the entertainment of small children) they have a button on both sides of the front door that will automatically open it for you. They don't have onsite parking but there is plenty of street parking available in the area. It is recommended that you book before turning up to this medical centre as they are usually quite busy. Booking in the morning you will obviously have more of a chance of getting in and seeing your selected GP. Although this medical centre has all the niceties about it, it is very expensive. I suppose it is Remuera and that's to be expected, but it's certainly not cheap to come here. They do however accept community service cards which can sometimes help discount the price.

Very shortly thereafter, Dr Ruoh Sim saw me. Even though it was the end of his shift, he heard me out on ALL my concerns and provided a solution for each one. I received a breathing treatment in the office, and the doctor gave me prescriptions before I left the office. Visit was 1 hour in total that included roughly 45 minutes of treatment time. Note: I am traveling from overseas, paid out of pocket, and had a flight scheduled for the following day. Dr Ruoh treated me with all of these factors in mind. Professional, kind, and thorough.

I've been fortunate enough never to have broken any in the close to one thousand games I've played, but about a month ago I managed to severely dislocate my ring finger. I rushed to place it on ice, and offered to complete the game, but my captain's green face confirmed that I should rather get it checked out. I rushed over to Westgate Medical Centre to get it looked at, and arrived only to be supplied a form to fill out, and a seat in the waiting room. So much for rushing. Fortunately there was not many people in that night. A cute blonde nurse assisted me, and advised I go for x-rays. On confirmation that it was not broken, another blonde hottie came to assist me, this time it was the doctor. She promptly asked about my tolerance for pain, of which I off course replied that I'm a man, and I can handle anything she throws at me. She bent my finger back into place, and it was all healed, as for my tolerance for pain... Next time I'll say I want drugs.

I was actually recommended this practice, and in particular Dr. Heather King, by a family friend who is a doctor herself and so far I have been more than impressed. Dr. King and her fellow doctors at Balmoral Medical Centre treat each patient with care and don't try to rush people through. Though this can mean appointments often run longer than the usual 15minute time allotment, it's definitely worth it for the thorough and genuine care you receive. The downside, of course, is that if you're in a rush don't count on this practice running on time - but this is a common problem with most medical centres. Bonus: There is a brand new pharmacy that has opened up right next to the Balmoral Doctors, so you can get your prescriptions filled quickly and easily!

Whenever you make an appointment with RRMC, you may as well tack 30-50 minutes on to the end of the quoted time, because they are constantly late. Take a book (or maybe even a tent) for the waiting room; you're going to need it. That said, if you can get an appointment with Dr Phyll (I am not kidding), it's worth the wait. Being seen by Dr Phyll was one of the very best experiences with the medical profession I have ever had in my life. She is a wonderful doctor with a great presence and genuine care for her patients. Whenever I tussle with the idea of getting a new doctor, I'm reminded that she is the reason why I stay.

It is so well furnished and decorated you would think it's a beauty parlor. And I guess it sort of is. It specializes in cosmetic surgery and skin care. I came here to have a birthmark removed from my finger. The procedure itself was quick and fairly pain free. After my initial consult with the surgeon I felt as ease and ready to go. He had answered all my burning questions and I was confident he would do a great job. The nurses were always friendly and made sure everything was explained perfectly. I also thought it was great that it was easy to change appointment times if something had come up. I just rang up and spoke to one of the smiley receptionists and they sorted through the calendar to find something that would suit me. Overall my experience here was a very good one. I'm extremely pleased with the final result and the whole process was easy and comfortable.

The whole visit was an advertisement for the next procedure. Also, I think that they charge you more units of Botox than what you need, additionally you do not receive what you have paid.The leftovers were stored within a draw.If they are empty they should end up in the rubbish. I think that this is not fair to the clients. I should be able to trust the professionals and receive what I have paid or pay less if I do not receive the full treatment. I do not want my money to be used for personal treatment, this is very unprofessional.
