Bad injury, and sent on my way with absolutely no prescription or a medical certificate. It Honestly feels like Doctors and Nurses and the receptionists are just going through the motions until home time. Its really upsetting in my time of need I just get a lackluster performance from start to finish. Thank you sir have a good day

I've been fortunate enough never to have broken any in the close to one thousand games I've played, but about a month ago I managed to severely dislocate my ring finger. I rushed to place it on ice, and offered to complete the game, but my captain's green face confirmed that I should rather get it checked out. I rushed over to Westgate Medical Centre to get it looked at, and arrived only to be supplied a form to fill out, and a seat in the waiting room. So much for rushing. Fortunately there was not many people in that night. A cute blonde nurse assisted me, and advised I go for x-rays. On confirmation that it was not broken, another blonde hottie came to assist me, this time it was the doctor. She promptly asked about my tolerance for pain, of which I off course replied that I'm a man, and I can handle anything she throws at me. She bent my finger back into place, and it was all healed, as for my tolerance for pain... Next time I'll say I want drugs.

I was actually recommended this practice, and in particular Dr. Heather King, by a family friend who is a doctor herself and so far I have been more than impressed. Dr. King and her fellow doctors at Balmoral Medical Centre treat each patient with care and don't try to rush people through. Though this can mean appointments often run longer than the usual 15minute time allotment, it's definitely worth it for the thorough and genuine care you receive. The downside, of course, is that if you're in a rush don't count on this practice running on time - but this is a common problem with most medical centres. Bonus: There is a brand new pharmacy that has opened up right next to the Balmoral Doctors, so you can get your prescriptions filled quickly and easily!

And that I was wasting her time, so all in all I felt like I was treated with alot of bias for my age and potentially how I was dressed (in leggings a large t shirt and a beanie- keep in mind I was sick and it was pouring with rain out side) I was basically treated like a moron who the nurse referred to as some one who walked off the street. Considering they do not know how much I earn or what job I have it would pay not to judge someone on looks and not to be so rude! Will never go back or recommend it

Firstly the opening times are great, come before uni, before work and the wait times are not bad. Longest I ever waited was 15 minutes. Plus they have magazines here if you need to have your mind taken off the fact some stranger will be shoving a needle in your arm in about 10 minutes. The staff here are very good at what they do, you barely feel anything at all, even one time where 5 tubes of blood were taken, he kept the needle so still, even when changing the tubes. I was so impressed. Plus they talk to you, probably told to in order to distract people, but none the less, very friendly. I never had a non friendly blood sucker take my blood. There are two other labtest labs closer to where I live that I could go to but I will just come here if I need to again as I like it here that much.

Then the woman informed me that she needed to confirm who I was by showing them my passport. I forgot it and had to go all the way home and then back again on an empty stomach.I must say the people I dealt with in here were absolutely great, very friendly and made me feel at ease. I generally don't feel too much at ease when I am getting blood as I have deep veins and it's often hard for them to find a suitable one. I went to one place in Ireland who poked and prodded me for about fifteen minutes before he was successful - a horrible experience. So I was relieved when the woman here found the vein easily enough and got the required sample. I think when it comes to medical stuff, you should always go somewhere you trust and I would have trust in the staff here.
