Carter was so helpful and patient and brought me a ton of options, listened to me and how each option felt, and was thoughtful about sharing price points and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The pricing was on par with any retailer for that shoes which is great for a speciality shoe store and the fact that they took such care to make sure I got the right one. I have really bad knees and become so unstable that I through my knee out 3 times in one year. My knees were a little achy in the beginning because of the realignment but I'm happy to report that not only have I not thrown my knee out in the last year of wearing them but I'm also able to walk soooooo much more with minimal discomfort.
